The gentlemen was very friendly and helpful even made me a bacon butty to take to work as I am up and put to site early so it was a nice surprise to receive. would highly recommend staying here tried for work this week but a good thing for them there were fuller booked but will deffo stay again when in this area for works.

Owner was brilliant and accommodating he makes sure all guests that are mailing business get breakfast early enough so they can start work on time. Room is clean and biscuits on the tea tray replenished daily. Will use again if working in the area. Nice touch was Owner remembered my breakfast preference after quick chat on check in so breakfast was cooked and brought to my table after seeing me sit down without even having to order great job all round.

Breakfast was excellent. The owner was very attentive, helpful and knowledgeable about the area.
Although no air con the owner provided electric fan for room
Not sure why.... but the radiators were on full blast 24/7 for the hottest two days of the year (40 degrees)?? after that the central heating was switched off thankfully.

The owners are so welcoming and will do whatever they can to facilitate your stay and will happily go above and beyond. The very powerful ensuite shower is fantastic, especially for early starts at work. The kitchenette facilities for guests are really useful. Good choice at breakfast and hot breakfast served nice and early and fantastic quality. Very comfortable and a real home from home feel at such a good value for money, especially those who travel a lot!

I was coming to Guildford to work at the Royal Surrey Hospital and was looking for a place to stay which would be quiet, clean, safe and not too expensive. This guest house totally fits the bill. The owner was extremely nice and helpful, the room clean and comfortable. It’s situated in a quiet street in a greener suburb of Guildford and there are places to eat nearby.

The host, Martin, was personable, friendly, polite and went out of his way to ensure our comfort. The place is clean and you can microwave your own food. I was only there for a week but decided to go back to stay after visiting friends. Ended up having a lovely month long stay there.
I even got a great recommendation from Martin when I needed help with shopping for furniture.
No breakfast on weekends.

Room was perfect for what I needed. Martin was an exceptional host. It was a 20 minute walk from the aerospace centre and the breakfast was great! Will stay again.
Only thing I would have liked was if there was ironing facilities but it didn’t bother me as I didn’t bring shirts this time.

Ease of parking and lovely breakfast. I felt safe with the precautions put in place for covid.
