I like that it has its own parking lot, away from the crowdedness of Alexandria’s corniche, the extreme friendliness of the staff, and the cleanliness of the hotel and the room.

The furniture are a bit out-dated. The breakfast used to have more varieties.

Gym needs renovation and swimming pool needs to be heated

The hotel is located within the mall and has a lot of food stalls.

The hotel services are very poor. Complimentary items are not prepared inside the room. Guests need to request them, and it takes a long time for the staff to take action. You have to follow up multiple times before they provide the requested items.

Staff were extremely helpful and friendly.

Dinner buffet should have more varieties. Breakfast was prefect though.

The room is amazing, clean, and the bathroom is great too. The breakfast is yummy. The Overall experience at Hilton Green Plaza was Amazing! I really enjoying spending the new years eve there. THanks Hilton

At night i could hear noises as my room was right next to the christmas tree of Green Plaza during the new year's eve so it was a loud at night as so many people were standing there and having pictures. Also for someone like me who wears glasses, i think the lighting in the room needs another look.

لم يعجبني الموقع والسعر اعلي من إمكانيات الفندق الفندق كان به إصلاحات مزعجه جدا اضطررت للذهاب الي الريسبشن مرتين وتضييع ساعات لتغيير غرفتي لا يساوي القيمه المدفوعه علي اي حال

Location

Very old rooms, I was told it was renovated, however, the bathrooms were a disaster it doesn’t match Hilton standard at all, I felt like being in a 3 stars hotel or maybe less, havent seen hilton hotel use such tiles in the bathrooms or even the bath tub which look like 20-30 years old style bathtub with handy shower head I couldn’t even touch. Also, family rooms are located in an extension which require 3-4 minutes walk and using two different elevators, one of them was very old, not maintained to the extent that there was no lights inside the elevator, and there was a very bad smell in the corridors were we had to walk to reach to the family rooms. During checkout, I had to wait more than 30 minutes to have my luggage picked up and I was late to catch my flight. We tried room service once, although staff were very accommodating to do what we need for the kids, even if not on the menu, but the quality and taste was not up to mark. All in all, I wouldnt stay there again. For the records, all hotel staff were welcoming and trying their best, but the facility need to be renovated.

Nettes Personal. Foyer ist architektonisch gewöhnungsbedürftig. Zimmer gut ausgestattet, allerdings in ägyptischer Manier schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

Les équipements étaient super: piscine intérieure et extérieure, salle de sport, spa avec massage, plusieurs restaurants L’hôtel est un peu excentré du centre ville mais le lieu est très reposant. Il se trouve au sein d’un centre commercial
