I booked 1 night. The staff didn't take consideration the time recorded on booking for check-out, which was scheduled for the morning at 10 AM, after the breakfast. At the check in, I didn't understand why the staff offered to take breakfast to go, I said no thanks I have time before leaving. I understood the reason when in the evening, 5-6 hours after my arrival, I was suddenly and brutally awakened by the staff who wanted me to leave at 10 PM. Furious, I asked for explanations the next morning: bad faith, lack of professionalism for only answers. They claim that I am responsible despite the proof on booking of my check out time. I hadn't any apology or the slightest commercial gesture, and had to pay every single pounds of beverage/food. Being the only customer (or almost) the products of the "restaurant" were not fresh and not good. In the room, the TV didn't work (not important for me but just to say) and the sink was completely clogged. In summary: go somewhere else.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. My room (suite) was very large with a separate bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and living room. Large fridge-freezer which was always refilled, of course against cost accounting. But the prices for it were acceptable. The hotel is very close to the airport, but without the noise of a the airport.

Internet is only available in the lobby, which is a no-go these days. In addition, the connection was very different in quality. Downloads and work was almost impossible. It's about 200m to the beach, which wasn't a problem for me.

Love the place, love the location. Great staff, extremely clean and amazing value for money. Always come and stay here whenever I'm in Hurghada and hope I always find you guys.

AC in the first room we stayed in wasn't working. Called room service and they prepared another room for me in an instant.

Great staff, very friendly and helpful, quick responses when I had questions in the booking process. Very close to the airport, and 24/24 staff available for check-in and check-out. Definitely would recommend!

Great value apartments with an outstanding Nile view. Sayed is a fantastic and welcoming host, and on the terrace Jasser will look after you like family. Highly recommended.

I would like to thank Mr. Joseph Saad for his cooperation and understanding my previous complaints during previous stays. He is working very hard to get everything fixed to achieve customer satisfaction .

I stayed in a 55-square-meters junior suite which included a living room with very comfortable couches and a 280-channel TV, a small balcony, a clean bathroom with 5 towels, and a nice bedroom which had 2 very comfortable single beds, a large spacious wardrobe, a safe, as well as excellent air conditioning in both the living room and the bedroom. The breakfast was very delicious, the swimming pool's water was clean and well-filtered. For the price of 750 per night this deal was, in my opinion, an absolute bargain.

Firstly, there was no wifi service in the rooms, only in the reception, I could receive it in my room on the 2nd floor but of course if it ever received a signal it was always poor. They tell me they used to have Wifi in the rooms but the infrastructure they had was problematic for them to sustain, there were also next to no shower accomodations such as as a shower gel, shampoo or shaving cream. They only had another soap dispenser next to the taps which served the purpose but was obviously less than ideal. I relayed these 2 points to the staff on checkout and they said they were already aware and working on them.
