Its location, the outside of the building was very pretty. Its patio too. The rooms a bit disappointing for a 4 star hotel. This was the facto no more than a 3 star hotel. We appreciated that the fridge was empty —except for a courtesy bottle of mineral water

Small room, funky toilet (apart from the bathroom), disconcerting at night. Parking extremely narrow, bordering scary. No gluten free bread available (they had run out). Breakfast expensive for what it was

The Hotel is very well located. the private parking space is great for people travel with cars, near the city center close to bars and restaurants. Great place to stay, Spacious room and great design

Beautiful building and rooms.

They disabled the key to my room randomly because the “credit had been consumed” when I provided my credit card at check-in. This has never happened to me in any other hotel in the world. Small nuisance that was resolved in 5 but the attitude of the host at the front desk was not the best, like it was perfectly normal to just disable access to rooms on a prepaid reservation and an open voucher.

~ The hotel lobby and restaurant area is quite nice. The breakfast was good and dinner was great. Lovely garden area view of the whole town. Comfortable bed. ~

~ The room (privilege) quite outdated interior. Did not like the shower in the bath. Not very safe. Coffee machine was dirty so didn’t bother using it. ~

Reception services were good. Room was clean and comfy.

it was so hot and the air conditioning in all 3 rooms we had was minimal/old. the rooms were not modernised like the pictured on booking.com, if we had seen what we were staying in then we would have booked alternative accommodation in the center which was alot cheaper, we didn't mind paying more for this hotel because of what we believed we would be getting unfortunately this was not the case. We would not likely stay again.

The bathroom should have another bar close to the bathtube to be more safe for the client when leaving the bath.

Restaurant wasn’t as good as expected, it was ok but nothing special.

We were particularly pleased with the restaurant ,the service and quality of food. To find a restaurant open on a Sunday night in France is not always easy - but the restaurant was open and very well used with a most welcoming atmosphere. The food was very good indeed - particularly the Jerusalem Artichoke soup with mushrooms and scallops.

The staff were warm and attentive and dinner and breakfast were delicious. It was clear that this hotel cares about quality ingredients and attention to detail. Parking was convenient and the grounds of the hotel were pretty.

Although our room was perfectly comfortable, I would have preferred a more sympathetic and gentle decoration style instead of bright rainbow colored trim with LCD lights in a very modern, boxy room. The room style jarred a little with the beautiful historic French exterior of the hotel.... But that's just a taste preference, not a criticism.

Nice hotel with international guests, nice and charming environment. The reception is very friendly and helpful. In the restaurant you should book a table as early as possible. Especially on Monday many restaurants around the hotel are closed.
