Restaurant was closed on Monday which we did not know and it was one of the reason we chose the hotel.

very central but quiet and private parking on site. very welcoming staff. loved the contemporary decor - really interesting design features. very comfortable bed and good sized room. bathroom was large with excellent shower. Separate WC which was good. enjoyed our meal very much.

Breakfast was very limiting and lack of an elevator is interesting when you have heavy suitcases.

Excellent location in the center of Angoulême. The swimming pool is a plus during warm days. The room was very nice for our family of 5. The restaurant was excellent and the staff very friendly. I highly recommend this place.

lovely setting, pool v welcome altho it was heated (34 degs air temperature) so unnecessary. Good choice at breakfast. Ate out in evening. Private car parking a real plus.

No bedside tables/no chest of drawers or dressing table but some odd glass topped side tables for coffee machine/bottle of wine - not complementary. Our toilet didn’t flush properly and water continually dripping into toilet bowl so stained.
