Hotel staff was amazing and super friendly. The food was delicious and the room and facilities where very good.
We had a leak in the bathroom, and after repair, the air-conditioning was not great. Also had a company operating on the premises to hard sell long-term Hilton subscriptions (I was originally told it was a hotel orientation and tour which ended up being quite the opposite. A two hour discussion on another floor about paying into a 38-year package with Hilton). On walking out on the sales employee, my wife and I were given a voucher for a free meal in one of the hotel restaurants. Whilst initially thinking this was a satisfactory peace offering, the restaurant food was quite frankly dire (a set menu that was only fit for a child. A frozen pizza and a chicken fritter). Ultimately, i couldn't believe that we wasted 1 day of our precious holiday.

הצוות אדיב כלכך וחייכן, דואגים לכל דבר שחסר במהרה, שירות החדרים עובדים בצורה מהירה וקפדנית!
קיבלנו את החדרים יחסית מוקדם.
הבריכות גדולות וכיפיות, המיקום נהדר, יש ליד המלון 2 מסעדות יוצאות מן הכלל, בית קפה ממש נחמד וסופרמרקט עם מחירים מאוד נוחים.
יש נוף מקסים מהמלון, נהננו מאוד ותודעת שירות מעל המצופה!!!

The property was very comfortable and to a very good standard. The staff were very attentive and contributed to an enjoyable stay. From the entrance staff on arrival to the housekeeping and catering staff the attention to detail made for a special stay.
The traffic around the hotel could be very busy - but that tended to be indicative of the city trafffic.

size of the room, bed comfort and food quality
there is a club in the upper floor of the hotel. we stayed at level 37 and it was horrible. we listened to the noise reverberations until 4am - terrible. we mentioned it to staff and apparently that's usual on weekends. really disappointing.

Don't belive the negative comments. We did the check-in in 5 minutes.The hotel is very good. The room is modern and clean, the view is exceptional, the food si very good and diverse, the staff is helpful. We spent the new year and the next days in the hotel and it was not crowded as the bad reviews say. We had full board and we didn't had to wait to eat, the restaurants weren't crowded. We stayed at other hotels in Dubai but next time we will choose Hilton again.

The room was big, the bed is comfortable. The view to Burj Khalifa was an amazing bonus. There were also a nice coffee in the room. The bathroom with bathtub was a hit for our daughter
We had a meal in lobby bar and I felt it was overpriced. Also there is a club in the same building so in the evening it was rather crowded in the lobby.

The rooms and bathroom is very clean, the stuff is very friendly. I got hurt during my stay and the reception sent a nurse to my room, I am very thankful to that lady for being kind and caring.

Very modern and clean hotel. Friendly staff at the Lobby. Large and spacious room. Beautiful view of Burj Khalifa.
Repetitive calls made to the front desk/reception/concierge went unanswered. Calls were not for any emergency but I couldn’t help but wonder

Limpeza podia estar melhor. Vê se que as casas de banho precisam de um deep cleaning. Não tem aquela aspecto leve e limpinho. Portas ou áreas com madeira vê se a partes com gordura das “mãos”, as substituições dos “consumiveid e toalhas não era feita por completo.

وجدت عطل في دورة المياه لم يتم اصلاحه الا في اليوم التالي بعد عدة طلبات
تاخر في تسليم الحقائب عند الخروج حتى بحثنا عنها وحصلناها 😁
في المساء اللوبي والخروج والدخول مزعج لسبب كثرة النوادي الليله في الموقع والمحيط
اعتقد يوجد سوء ادارة في الزحام واوقات الذروه

The breakfast was average.The breakfast room was v crowded.It was impossible to get a table.They were short of plates.The waiters were overworked and the service was pathetic.
The check in was terrible.The three rooms we booked were not ready until 6pm and they said we would have to wait some more time When we said we would complain they upgraded us to suites..which was good but if they had not upgraded we would have had to wait another hour or so.
The check in and the breakfast.Poor service.
Even in the suite the bedsheet had a 6 inch tear and had been stitched!

צות מאד נחמד, דאגו לנו גם לצק אאוט מאוחר ללא עלות.
מרגיש שהמלון לא מתקמצן על מים, מגבות וכו'... הכל גדול ומרגיש טוב
היה קצת ריח בחדר כנראה בגלל השטיח, שער ההמרה של המלון נמוך וגם הכספומט לא עבד מה שהווה טרחה.
