İçerdeki kokuyu , odaların eski banyoların kirli oluşunu sevmedim. Asansördeki basık kokuyu sevmedim . Bazı Personellerin ilgisizliğini sevmedim. Odalarda ki. Banyoların ve tuvaletlerin kirli oluşunu asla sevmedim ve odaya ilk girdiğimde yatağa kirli çarşaf serilmişti ben onj değiştirttim . Bence ücret karşılığını hak etmiyor. Kapıdaki kapalı güvenlik kadın herkeze kötü gözle rahatsız edici bakıp sorguluyor. Resepsiyon telefonlara çogu zaman bakmıyor ısrarla aramak gerekiyor ve internet çok iyi çekmiyor

Emirates grand is one of my fav hotel in the area. It gives you the best view of Burj Khalifa. The staff are very accommodating & approachable. Hats off to everyone who made our stay memorable. Special mention to the Housekeeping Team " ASTAD, SAHIL, THETH, RAMASH" for room tidy every day. You guys are the best . Keep up the good work. Hope to seee you soon again.

Dostaliśmy duży i piękny apartament z ogromnym oknem w sypialni z widokiem na centrum oraz Burj Khalifa. Miłą niespodzianką był również koszyk owoców :) Bardzo dobra lokalizacja hotelu, ogromną zaletą była bliskość do metra.

Niektóre rzeczy w pokojach można by lekko wyremontować / wymienić, bo widać że mają swoje lata

The location is very good. Less than a 100m away from Financial Center Metro Station. The room is huge and spacious and they even gave us a free upgrade to a premium room, with Burj Khalifa view! Staff are nice, especially Aisha and Siobhan!

They don’t come to clean the room served times we call them to clean room, ask towels also ask soaps several times Staff is non cooperative. Also lifts are so slow

In the past 18 months, I've stayed at this hotel for 7 weeks (not a typo) for work. This time was a very disappointing stay.

The hotel is having renovations, which is fine. I have no problem with that. The new lobby looks great. However, there was dust coming through the ventilation system from the construction (not desert sand). The dust was all over the furniture and the floors when I arrived. The next morning, I alerted the staff and ask if they could clean the floors and maybe add a filter to the vents. The person at the desk said he would alert housekeeping. When I returned from work that night, the bed was made but the floors still had dust, enough to turn my socks brown. There was no indication they tried to clean the floor. I asked again the next day, same result. I asked again the third day, stating I asked the two previous days. They never cleaned the floors. In all my previous stays, the staff was always very nice and did a good job cleaning the rooms.

initially everything seemed to be going well. It's not a very clean hotel, but I chose it because of the location and because of the slightly lower than average price. I didn't expect to find the gold but I was very disappointed because I had to pay around 200 euros more than the cost written on the booking. they told me that the currency etc. had changed, but in reality the price on booking has never changed that much. so this already made me understand that the hotel is just trying to steal your money. The room was reasonably clean but being undemanding it didn't particularly bother me. Unfortunately there is a problem with the hot water, 10 out of 12 days we found ourselves having to wash with cold water and unfortunately they often forgot to bring us towels. we even asked for them 3 times in the same day and were ignored. The hotel has an excellent location, an excellent view but unfortunately it still has many shortcomings and shortcomings also in terms of staff. they are nice but not good at what they do. We weren't even told that the rooftop pool was closed. I really recommend taking a look before booking... you can overlook many things but I didn't agree to pay 200 euros more for no reason. also it must be said that they never answer the phone or emails. I tried to contact them for a whole month before the stay without ever receiving a response

The property is not a hotel, it is appartments, which have been opened as a hotel, without any refurbishment. It is tired and run down

Great Location, and has great staff. The Front office/reception was very helpful and corporative. Stayed here before and will always use Emirates Grand as my stop in Dubai.
