Very kind and flexible staff, The bathroom was spacious and clean. The dressing room was very cozy. Spa and Swimming pool were excellent! Very good breakfast!!!!

Great location, far from the busy city, quiet, but still easily accessible by bus, Uber or personal car. Staff was amazing, always careful towards the guests. Room was fantastic, large terrace where you can see the mountains and listen to the birds outside. Large parking for personal cars.
Breakfast had enough options, but most of the food is store-bought from Billa, they could provide and cook some more local, home-made products.

Everything! The beautiful rooms, the spa-like bathroom, the relaxing spa, the saunas, the steam rooms, the tranquil modern pool, the delicious abundant breakfast! Easy parking. Great friendly staff! We love this hotel!! Can’t wait to come back.

it was just as good as the description if not better - it has a typical traditional Austrian cosy feeling and the whole place looked very well maintained. When we arrived we were given a really friendly welcome and all our questions were answered included the best places to get dinner. Our room had everything we needed and was spotlessly clean. Breakfast was excellent with a huge choice of everything and again friendly and efficient service from everyone. We loved everything about this hotel.

The hotel was very well situated for us, a drive into Salzburg in our hired car while staying in a quiet location. No restaurant but pizza provided one evening when we didn’t want to go out. Plenty of restaurants nearby. The lake was lovely and a real bonus. Thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast.

I understood there would be a bus from outside the hotel directly into Salzburg, this was not the case, maybe it went with the pandemic. We were happy to drive but maybe it could be included on the website the various options of getting into Salzburg

The Location is perfect and the rooms and services are excellent.

The room was clean with coffee and tea bar, comfortable blankets and nice view. There is a perfect wellness with swimming pool inside and outside. Breakfast was delicious, hotel staff was kind and helpful.
The swimming pool outside was a little small.

Beautiful hotel, gorgeous dining area, nice room, decent mattress. Breakfast was good.
The spa area (had a 1/2 hour massage which was amazing!) was also lovely and we really enjoyed the lake which was so refreshing and fun to swim to swim in after a day of sightseeing.
