Fantastic, cosy, warm attic house. It's spacious, and we had a great time staying at arte de vida with our friends. So close to everything. Couldn't have asked for a better stay at Salzburg. I had a small cut and the host was really sweet to help with the first aid kit and Wine bottle and chocolates to cheer me up. That was a very warm and sweet gesture.

Nothing not to like , unfortunately the weather was way too hot and the cooler wasn't as effective with keeping the place cool. But then the host had kept 2 to 3 fans, so it was okay.

The location is perfect for a short sightseeing break, easy to get to from the station and just a short walk to the sights and restaurants. The garden is a lovely peaceful oasis in the city and the host was fantastic, nothing was too much trouble

We would have liked bigger towels, but to be fair we didn’t get them anywhere in Austria and would have liked a comfortable chair in the bedroom

The location was exceptional. You could see a small square from your window and walk right into the city's historical center. Great bar (Darwin's) just a few steps away, and multiple restaurant options. There was way more than enough room for two people.

Great location. And good sized rooms - we had the "Studio" apartment and it was very good.

Nothing that we didn't like - everything worked out fine for us.

Nothing the only little thing is that their is no airconditioner. But the two fans worked well, and if you drew the blinds shut you could keep the rooms cooler

The apartment felt like we were living in Salzburg, and not just staying at a hotel. The apartment was large and very nice for the two of us. The kitchen and appliances all seemed to be new. The location was fantastic, right across the river from old town, with many great restaurants just steps from the front door. The room was quiet except for the church bell down the street, which I enjoyed, but not so much for my wife. However, the bell never rang a night. But with the windows closed, I did not hear anything from outside. The lady that runs the place was very nice.

being in the loft you have to go up 3 flights of stairs with your luggage which is not ideal but manageable. no air conditioning but opening the windows and getting the night time breeze worked just fine.

A lot of space, great views from the window and an amazing central location. Staff were friendly and incredibly helpful going out of their way to give me information I needed for my stay. Nothing was too hard. Gorgeous surroundings and located close to many restaurants and the Mirabell palace.

Bed was a bit low for someone tall and shower just a little small for me but of course I managed ok. Climbing the stairs with suitcases was a challenge as I just had my hip replaced 6 months earlier. But overall I can't really fault these.

Exceptional! We would definitely stay again! Wonderful location, spacious apartment, helpful staff, well- stocked kitchen, overall super place! Definitely family friendly ( had play pen, high chair and dinosaurs for our son)!

If staying on an upper floor, carrying luggage up them (without an elevator) was a workout! Would be helpfulto have a microwave!

Excellent location with views of Mozart’s home. Bus stop just outside the complex. Easy walk to all the old town historic sites. Restaurants steps from the front door. Accommodated group of friends comfortably.

Beautiful apartment in a fantastic location. Kitchen was well stocked with necessary items, and apartment was very clean and comfortable. You walk out the door of the building and everything you need is right there (ie: restaurants, bakery, pharmacy) Close to the main attractions and sights as well.

The hot water for the shower/bath ran out a bit sooner than I would've liked. The water pressure and heat level was great, but only lasted for 2 short showers. We were not able to fill up the bath for my daughter.

Arte Vida was in a perfect location. The loft apartment was just the right size for our family.

great location. close to old town and many shops and restaurants. easy access from trains station was about a 15 minute walk. easy on off for bus lines.

all was excellent. floors a bit squeaky which was not. a problem.
