Some of the staff were incredibly helpful kind and friendly

Some staff on the front desk were not kind or helpful The pool wasn't as I expected, it was above the car park on the ground floor and not really practical for access, closing at 6pm Sockets and USB charger points didn't work One TV didn't work at all, the other had one channel

It was a near place and somehow was cheap

1- The acess to the hotel was difficult due to maintenance and no clear signs for taxi to get in. 2- Living room AC was not working most of the time due to electricity breaker issue we asked for help multiple times but they couldn't help well and resolve it permanently. 3- There is a big drainage issue on toilet floor which detains too much water and there was no foot mat in front of toilets doors. 4- Balcony is very dirty and much of dust on it. 5- No enough kitchen appliances and tools. 6- You had to pay 10 AED for a very old and bad glass cup which was broken by us and they were keen to ask us to pay for that rubish cup. 7- Reception was very hot only stand fan over it. 8- At the check out they hotel guy told us that there is a missing two table spoons which we didn't have them when we arrived so instead of making a list of things to be checked confirmed by us during check in and then to be revised by them when we check out, really shameful. 9- TV remote controls were not working and even after the fix them the brought very hard to ones which you need to press very hard on them and stay very close to TV for response.

This was a very difficult trip to be with my son and his wife for Cancer surgery and resulting serious infection. It was day by day and the staff were so kind and helpful on days I didn't even know what day it was. The front desk always asked about him and made me feel very cared about. I slept the nights, and his wife came for a nap a few days...and just a few minutes walk from NMC Specialty Hospital. Made an awful time easier...Thank you! Theresa Maurer

I was just check out and my family is on the cab but the counter accused that there is a missing TV remote andhewant to tell us that we stole it why if we want to stole there is a lot of things to steal in the room the remote is not worthy to steal they accusedus and charged penalty of 60 dirham for remote which can not be more than 10 or 20 dirhams and the plus is the cab charged me 50 dirham more for waiting for me as counter man wasted my half hour even i left my beverage in room too Which is packed can be used by anyone I couldn't show them my luggage as it was 8 bags and i couldn't justify my self but you guys did a wrong act your hotel is very nice but this incidence was insane

We had a very comfortable stay, We were impressed with the room size. Room: Very spacious and comfortable. Very clean. Good Wifi, and AC. Restaurant / Leisure : We did not use these facilities Location: Excellent location, 10 mins from Airport , in walking distance to restaurants, breakfast cafes. Fresh juices, hair dressers, Bakery, pharmacy, Emergency hospital. Could not ask for a better location, most of the cafes and restaurants offer free delivery to your room Staff: Very courteous and friendly staff, a huge shout out to Adeel at security, Rudy on Concierge desk, Muhammad Istiak and Noor at Reception. and finally not to forget the House keeping and the maintenance team, Very quick and efficient

No real issues, couple of the appliances needed looking into, but nothing major and the team sorted them out very efficiently

Location with view of Burj Khalifa and close proximity to many restaurants and coffee/tea shops. Two bedroom apartment Rooms were spacious.

1) During checkin the room given was without landmark view(Burj Khalifa). Multiple staff had to be called to the room to make them understand that the room given was wrong. After a long discussion they agreed to change the room, but the required room was not at all ready, which delayed the checkin process. 2) While we comeback to the new allocated room later, there was no bath towels. 3) The washing machine in the given room was not working properly and even after informing it multiple times they were not ready to change it. Ultimately when the machine stopped during operation, immediately the staff was called to inform the fault. Then the technician promised to change the machine before we comeback to the room later. 4) During night when we came back the machine was replaced, which was partially working but broken. Since the machine drain was not properly fixed it caused the drainage to leak to the two bedrooms and after the midnight the floor mats and bed comforters had to be replaced after a long cleanup. 5) Next day when we went out, the room cleaning board was kept outside room and when we came back it was really surprising to see that the room doors were not locked and it came to the notice of the apartment lobby only when we informed it. Then we requested to check the camera to understand if there was any trespassing and later the lobby admitted that it was the mistake of the hotel housekeeping staff. 6) The security chain behind the door which is supposed to block any unauthorized entry was totally broken, which left us feeling an insecurity always.
