sky jacuzzi, pool slide and pool bar were closed due to renovation. Nobody told us before. beach shuttle was suspended though other hotels provided a shuttle

Excellent breakfast choices everyday all staff welcoming and friendly. breakfast waiters one in particular made our stay extra special he always had a smile on his face and looked like he enjoyed working their. Manager recommended fantastic day trip and helped us with taxi very helpful team. thank you

We were upgraded to a family suite so our room(s) was huge!

The breakfast could be better quality / choice. Although the public beach is only about 5-10 minute walk away, if you want to be directly on the beach…you’ll have to choose a more expensive option over the road. Also as with most of Yalong Bay options, if you want restaurants and bars, it’s a good 30 minute drive away from this area.

Because of the friendly staff, we got a free upgrade to one of the villa’s with private pool.

Facility in general is old and would need a refurbishment.

It was close enough to walk to the beach. The balconies were spacious.

This hotel is weird, it is very strangely designed. There is no convenient access to the pool and no beds near the pool even to put your stuff on. Parts of the pool were not in use or were not working and even had a strange smell.

Nothing to be excited about. Just a hotel. Nice staff.

Once it was a nice hotel. Long time ago. Now they are apparently waiting for complete renovation. Many things they do not repair, just waiting for 100% renovation. At least, it looks like this. Very very average breakfast. To get to the seaside, You have to wait long time for a buggy, or walk long way. Or go through the opposite hotel's territory (it is the shortest way). But if going through the hotel across the road, have some embarrassing feeling when beeing asked questions by guards for entry and have to show covid green code (so every time have to take mobile with you).... The price must be much lower for this property. If You want to stay here for money reason, better go find cheaper hotel nearby.

The pool had not been cleaned when we arrived. My partner also had to have the bath cleaned. I also found the pillows to be a bit big

We loved the long pool and the views and peacefulness. The shady areas in the pool are great for relaxing during the warmest part of the day. The sound of running water and the hotel is not very noisy and busy with makes for a peaceful stay.

Some of the pool areas and parts of the property need maintenance. With a lick of paint, a gardener to tend to the weeds and things will look better. Our stay was post lockdown in parts of China so the lack of tourists for 4 months may also be the reason why the buildings and pools look like they need some care.

For a private, quiet, relaxed holiday… the pool villas are absolutely perfect.

The property was among the first built in Yalong Bay and age is showing compared to other newer resorts… yet is aging gracefully. We didn’t mind the more “well-seasoned” aspects of the property but might bother some.

Location of swimming pool is not comfortable to get. Access is ok only for 1 st floor. Cleaning service is not ok, they don’t change bedsheets on time!

The villas are private and quiet. A buggy will pick you up and drop you off as needed. Close to the beach.

One of the best service we got in many years in China. The staff is very friendly and courteous. Breakfast is really rich. Rooms are spacious with lovely balkony and very nice bathroom. Special thanks to room cleaning service Ms. 张小新. sure we will come back for another lovely vacation.

Stayed in a villa with its own pool, so relaxing and comfortable. The hotel was pretty clean. The breakfast buffet had a nice selection of western food, they had nice variety of breads, croissants, cheese, salami, eggs, etc.. and had a nice coffee machine to make lattes and expresso. The beach is just across the street and only takes a few minutes to walk over. The staff was very nice and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

great to have private pool, large room with accommodating jacuzzi and king size bed. Large bathroom, quiet and private. Staff were wonderful and accommodating.

While close to the beach with great activities, we still felt isolated, nothing within walking distance (shops or restaurants), City Center was 40 minutes drive away. Everything was far and required long taxi rides. Hotel only offered one restaurant with only buffet breakfast and dinner. Other hotels also had limited offerings so eating the same thing every day left us disappointed in terms of dining.

Breakfast was good with a large choice of ingredients. Need to refill milk and orange juice faster / Pool is excellent as always, Rooms are nice , clean, shower has good pressure. would be good to have more foreign channels

Nothing to complain

i liked the villa pool and the location , a nice spot in yalong bay, clean water and blue sky, few shops around. staff was also great and the spa offers nice retreats. the after sun treatment was excellent.

the room is a bit old furniture, needs some restoration. the pools in the main area are so so, not many chairs, unless u booked a room by the pool. a bit strange layout. breakfast was also so so and the gym too small

I managed to get an exceptional deal, and so I highly recommend that you keep your eyes open for when this hotel has special offers. These villas offer by far the best 'private pools' of any hotel I have ever been to. Honestly, sometimes private pools are basically bathtubs, but here you get a proper pool. If your emphasis is on alone time and relaxation then this is the perfect hotel.

When management are present everything runs smoothly, but other staff seem ill-trained. They are super friendly, and they try, but they clearly have no idea what is going on. Management needs to invest some time and effort in enhancing employee skills.

I enjoyed the Thai style villa a lot!!! Who doesn’t like a private pool just outside of your bedroom? The location is also great! Good service but the room would need some maintenance 😅 overall a very good experience!
