Location Food The room was great House keeping staff

Small compared to Oberoi and very cramped up with vehicles at the entrance. Staff has no time for guests and doesn’t bother as crowded at the checking in counter.

The thumping music in the restaurant area, I ordered the food in the restaurant, before asking them to deliver it to my room instead. The music could be heard until after midnight every night, from my 6th floor bedroom which didn’t allow for a good nights rest. Why not try some music with an ambience rather than a thumping beat?

Not a value for money. YOu may get properties better or similar for much better price. The brand Taj is deceiving for this property.

Noting much to be mentioned, everything was average/ok.

Location, staff, food, ambience, everything was absolutely top notch. Extremely friendly staff who went to great lengths to make our stay very memorable. Absolutely loved it.

When you see name Taj we expect a certain standard and it was delivered. Clean n well appointed rooms and breakfast was good. And complete value for money.

Wen calling reception they wer disconnecting phone, calls should be answered by call center room at hotel . As reception might be busy with check in.

Extremely cordial staff and taken care of the stay without a hitched, the rooms were clean too, the food was great and overall a pleasant experience.
