not a value for money against the price they are charging

it was good stay

but didn't have bathtub as it shown in room facilities

breakfast was okay.

we checked in at 12.30 after traveling the whole day coming from Coorg and were to leave at 8am next morning. their midnight in room dining options are terrible especially considering so many foreign travelers stay in and check in late due to flight timings. In the first room we were given, the toilet seat was all yellow and dirty, not cleaned at all. it was so disgusting. the bed had hair on it. the second room, the face towel was yellow stained. terrible cleaning standards. unlike all hotels across the world, I have traveled a lot both here and internationally, this is the first where they charge for an extra person and dont provide a bed in the room, but charge extra for just providing the bed. the extra person charges were more like just for breakfast which one can pay for anyway, but in a hotel room when you are charging for extra person, that should include providing a bed for that person to sleep. isn’t that what a hotel is for? i book a room for 3, pay for 3, but sleeping facility for 2. thats like charging breakfast for all 3 but no bed to sleep, beds is chargeable if you want in the room. not recommended.

The beds were really comfy, most of the staff were lovely, and organised transport to and from the airport seamlessly.

The pool and spa were under renovation which was misleading in the advertising of the hotel, when we asked to use another Radisson pool there was a bit of pushback. The decor of the hotel is quite outdated.
