Located directly in the shopping mall with direct elevator entrance in Metro station. Good selection of breakfast food Fitness center within the shopping mall Overall room and hotel cleanliness seemed to be OK We have requested change of rooms due to separate beds in the original rooms - room was changed after the staff found one available.

check in staff was not welcoming at all, very negative first impression. We have requested to borrow umbrellas, however this was for 10EUR deposit (each) which was very surprising. Same applied for hotel slippers etc. It was not possible to change the temperature in the room. The AC thermostat had only +/- options, however no direct possibility to adjust temperature. Even after adjusting to + the rooms was cold and only cold air was blowing in. Missing refrigerator/mini bar fridge (other rooms had it). There were no amenities in the bathroom (not expected at all) Missing ventilation in the bathroom, therefore almost impossible to circulate/change the air in the bathroom.

Room was spacious and nice. Staff were helpful and attentive. Early check-in was possible. I asked for coffee and house keeping staff was just came in no time. The location was good for the congress. The metro is just in the same building and 10 minutes away from the city centre 😀 I used "I am Fit "Gym and staff were good. I dropped my wallet at the Gym but I got it back the next day. A gril at the reception kept it for me. Honesty and integrity of that gym staff are impressive 👏 👌 👍 and I can't thank everyone at Gym enough.

The room is large. The breakfast menu options are great. I have nothing to complain about besides the swimming pool location.

The swimming pool is part of a public gym. I took my daughter to the swimming pool, there were many naked guys in the changing room.
