Sempre per la colazione i croissant non erano freschi, la macchina per caffè/cappuccino era rotta e non era possibile preparare un toast (si poteva tostare solo 1 fetta di pane).

The staff. They were very helpful and extremely genuine.

All was good. Just a note on cleanliness can be still better. It was very good though. Also add tissue box in the rooms.

Os quartos são ótimos, roupa de cama de excelente qualidade,super limpo, café da manhã excepcional.

Um pouco longe do centro, mas conseguimos fazer tudo a pé, sem problemas

Lage ist wirklich gut, ca. 10 Minuten bis zur Altstadt. Zimmer ist geräumig und wurd gut gepflegt. Ein kleines Problem mit dem Bad wurde nach Beanstandung umgehen bearbeitet und gelöst. Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Das versprochene WLAN war auf unserem Zimmer definitiv nicht vorhanden! Das Fernsehprogramm umfasste 4 deutsche Sender. Leider war durch das fehlende WLAN auch keine Smart TV Funktionen verfügbar (Chromecast hatten wir dabei konnten es aber nicht nutzen). Frühstücksambient hat etwas gefehlt (das Buffet an sich war aussreichend) so dass wir in der Nachbraschaft gefrühstückt haben.

Breakfast had many varieties, really like the fruit. The warm brown bread was fantastic! Receptionist was very nice. Bed was very comfortable.

Breakfast was nice, but I missed the greens. Some tomato, cucumber would have been great. Whole-floor carpeting is not the best choise for someone with allergies.

The staff was a bit arrogant and the breakfast not that great.

We had a wonderful stay, facilities and location were great. Breakfast was very good with a variety of options. We would stay again and definitely recommend it.

Although outside temperatures were low - below 0 in December, the room was too hot (around 25 C) which was making it hard to relax properly during the night. I believe it was just a problem with the AC in our room. Other than this , everything was great!

The rooms are cozy and have everything needed, it was very clean cause they were cleaned daily. The staff and the whole service in the hotel was exceptional - everyone was really nice and willing to help. The breakfast has a great variety and was very delicious. Also, perfect location, walking distance to the old town and center. I can also recommend the sauna!

The only thing that could be possibly better is if they had a gym - everything else is top!

what do we all look for when booking an accommodation? Great location, clean room, very comfortable bed (loved the pillows) delicious breakfast, nice and welcoming staff, a quiet room at night. This hotel has it all! Walking distance from the old town center, nice restaurants and bars close by, private parking.

Not necessarily a negative review but cleaning starts very early in the morning so if you want to oversleep maybe you cannot do it. Also, after booking and paying I got informed about the fact that when checking in I have to have on my possession the card that was used to make the payment, otherwise I will be charged again for the entire cost. Keep this in mind and don’t forget your credit card at home.
