The hotel was located straight across from the beach - fabulous room with large terrace. Breakfast was great and food in the roof top restaurant amazing. Staff couldn't be more helpful.

the location to the beach and town. we ate at the restaurant one night and were pleasantly surprised by the delicious food . Breakfast was beautiful and the staff was excellent. conscious of the details to make each guest feel cared for.

More variety in the dinner menu (we were on Half Board Terms The hotel's own facilities on the beach were easily accessible but quite expensive Eur 25 for two deck chairs and a small parasol. The similar facilities for the other seafront hotels beside ours made a large part of the beach feel crowded

The room in need of updating..and floors not properly mopped in a while..everything was gritty.. felt the need to wear the slippers.

Wonderful old world art deco hotel that makes you feel comfortable and at home. Nice furnishings, artwork, and multiple comfortable seating areas for relaxing. Excellent breakfast provided with table service. Well trained waiters and food was prepared fresh. Much superior to the normal buffet style breakfast you get at most European hotels. The room we had was nicely furnished with an easy chair, an antique desk and wardrobe. Modern updated bathroom was a real joy. The evening restaurant served us a late meal (9:30 pm) that was excellent.

There was nothing that we did not like. We would highly recommend this hotel to our friends.

This hotel mixes that old world European charm with updated amenities. it felt a bit dated at first but after walking around the facility you’ll get. it’s clean, comfortable has updated bathrooms and the staff is great. the best of the mixed with what you want of the new.

This is a beautiful old time glamour hotel. The location is excellent, the breakfast is a treat in the dining room and the staff could not be more helpful. The roof top bar is a great way to spend an afternoon reading a book with an aperitif or 2!

Grand old seaside hotel in the pretty city of Viareggio. Great location on the wonderful Promenade. Easy access to the many shops and restaurants along the beachfront. Very cordial and helpful front desk staff. Loved the full complimentary breakfast after the multiple buffets along our journey. Don't think you could do much better for accommodations in beautiful Viareggio. .

Great seafront location and fantastic views from roof top bar.Good cocktails but pricey. Comfortable bed and amazing terrace with sunbeds-pity it was rainy!

Breakfast slow and inefficient.Would be better having some self service area.Women wheeling trolleys around with food and drinks and all a bit chaotic.

View from roof top, complimentary water every day, breakfast fantastic. Seaview, new bathrooms very nice, extremely clean. Fridge in room wasn’t working and immediately got changed. Spacious room. Restaurant staff wonderful!

Internet wasn’t working well, kept cutting off. Headboard was uncomfortable couldn’t rest on it.

it was an extremely beautiful hotel! the room was more lie a suite. it had a separate sitting area, a spacious bedroom and bathroom and a phenomenal walk-in closet! The staff went above and beyond to help us as my husband had to go to the emergency room and had an overnight stay in the hospital. They were concerned and helpful. The food in the Decco restaurant was top shelf and the made to order breakfast was fantastic. I can’t say enough good things about this hotel! I loved it!

Hnady to the boulevard with a roof top bar that had the most spectacular sunset views! staff are really friendly and rooms clean!

perfect location, very friendly staff, nice rooms and beautiful interior. and don’t forget to visit the rooftop terrace - just marvelous.

there wasn’t anything to dislike. maybe the adjacent/ incorporated restaurant was a bit of a disappointment in terms of taste, but hey - you don’t need to go there.
