The bathroom and toilet are not insulated from the room.

I could get an early check-in. There are a lot of space in the superior rooms. Good options for breakfast. Wifi is good. Rituals toiletteries in the bathroom. Cleaning and fresh towels every day.

Our rooms were exteremely noisy, as we got rooms on the top floor, where you can hear the resonating sound of the ventillators located on the roof. Difficult to reach the city center and get back with public transportation (only 1 bus/hour in the evenings). No option for pre-ordering a taxi for a selected time, hard to calculate your arrival to your destination (we had to wait a lot for taxis). We had to pay for one bottle of water from the minibar, altought it was said on the website that it is free on arrival.

Same menu every day for breakfast, its boring. They should have some change. Room size was okay but not enough for 3 person. Public transport is not good to travel to this facility. Its good for people having own car, would not recommend for people traveling with public transport. Hotel should arrange shuttle service to nearest train station.

Nice place and a decent price. No shuttle to the airport, which was a bit of a downer for an 'Airport' hotel.

No air conditioner in the room with the excuse that it was nice and cool outside. But really not comfortable inside with the only option to open the windows and hear the noise from the street the whole night. No reason for not having air conditioner in the rooms at least on a reasonable manner.

Close to the train station and easy to get to the city centre. Nice, big room, froendly stuff, very good breakgast

Great value for money. Very clean room, good breakfast, friendly staff. There are free parking spaces in the yard, but there is also a garage for 8 Euros per night.

The walls are quite thin, as in most hotels with such a layout. We were just unlucky to have some really noisy neighbors.

Clean and in a big commercial area where it was not crowded most of the week. Parking is good however it is not free. They gave us 2 connected rooms as we travel with our kids. Staff were nice and helpful. TVs were big and smart with very fast internet. Netflix and other apps were provided

No sky Channels to wach football matches unless i did not know how to find them . My room mini bar was old and not working however my kids room was ok.

Staff was unable to fulfill our reservation without confusion and misunderstanding. Bathrooms on ground floor were filthy and toilets would not flush. Breakfast was mediocre.

the shower had problem once you shut it off after 10-15 mnts it starts leaking for a few mnts and stops this was annoying as I went to sleep after shower and suddenly there is big gush of sound I thought might be I left it on and again went to check and same thing happened after morning shower .. bed was quicky making noises as you turns sides .. this was not all expected from hotel of this level ... may be my bad day

Good value for money and friendly staff.

Very bad location, far from downtown (around 50 min to reach downtown) but close to the airport. No restaurants or supermarkets nearby.
