Great location, friendly staff, clean and good sized rooms
Aircon didn’t seem to adjust - always cold! No drawers for clothes (although not an issue for us as only staying two nights).

I like the room, the fact that all is brand new and clean!
Bathroom is big and perfect.
The shelves for the luggage, open style is great indeed, the best I had.
The position is just perfect as central to tourism visits.
The beds are too hard for me and pillows not comfortable.
The breakfast room is too cold with bright white and chairs uncomfortable.
The food at breakfast is ok, but cappuccino was served almost cold.
The toaster is to be changed.
I didn't know there was a SPA in the hotel so I didn't take my swimming suit and I was very sorry for this.

Todo: diseño de todo el hotel, en especial de la sala de desayunos, alta luminosidad de la habitación, gran tranquilidad del sueño, ubicación estupenda, muy amplio escritorio para poder trabajar, desayuno fabuloso...; repetiría sin dudarlo.

Everything was perfect. The staff was super friendly. Breakfast itself was great, everything was so fresh and delicious. Very nice and modern design, comfortable and clean rooms, perfect location in the city center. I highly recommend it!

Such a beautiful hotel in Trieste. If you are coming to Trieste this is the hotel you want. It is close to the bus station, train station and perfect if you are going on a cruise(5 min walk max). Our room was very clean and comfortable. Food was lovely. The staff was lovely, very friendly people.

There was a problem with the evacuation of the shower so we had to shower short , parking place is difficult to find! Checkout time is very early !

This was a brilliant hotel and we really enjoyed our stay there. All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful and the breakfast was excellent. The hotel had a modern, 'designer' style and our room and bathroom were also well designed, clean and spacious. The location, close to the seafront between Trieste's main square and the Grand Canal was perfect with plenty of bars, cafes and restaurants nearby. I cannot fault this hotel in any way.
