The Hotel is close to Trieste with good Public Transport at the front door

We were not advised that there is major building renovation in progress with the side of the building covered with builders scaffolding and no Hotel Signage on the exterior of building - Impossible to identify from road. The Wi-Fi is almost nonexistent with nil Broadband and the Hotel operating on Realtek 11 channel Hot Spot type coverage. the Wi-Fi is slow and totally unreliable.

Bus station is next to the hotel, you dont need to pay parking (in hotel) because you can park free near (in every street, parking is free)

Location is very bad

We only spent one night, in a new room at the first floor. The room was very comfortable and clean. The staff was very friendly and very helpful, and they were able to accomodate all our requests.

The building is quite old, and you can notice it in some details, like windows and air conditioning system, but in general the confort was still pretty good anyway.

It was very hard to find the hotel as only a small sign, so drove past several times. The parking was very tight and an additional fee was made for parking. Great location.

We book a room for 2 and one for 3. This mast was changed for an apartments. This was not what se paid for and no one asked us if se wanted the changed. The recepcionist after 1,15 gave us two rooms instead of a room for 3. The one was similar to the pictures but dirty, towels and bed used. The other one older. The recepcionist did His best but has alone. The check in took 2 hours and that gave us something worse than we book

The room was clean with toiletries, good breakfast. Parking under the building- sharp slopes.

The window was to inside court with a lot of pigeons sleeping near and close to other people windows, which made it difficult to sleep with opened window fresh air.

The breakfast was ok, very simple though. The location was ok too if you rent a car. The hotel is in a quiet place about 5-10 minutes from the center. The room is very nice, modern, absolutely new. There is air conditioning.

The entrance to the parking garage is not so easy. In addition, we've booked one night for a family of 4 - parents and two teenagers. While the check-in process I understood that the hotel didn't pay attention and assigned one small room for 4 people, as a quick solution. Fortunately, it was a matter of one night only! NO BLANKETS (although Northern Italy is struggling with extremely hot days lately, the nights are not so hot!) The bathroom is pretty nice, but it has no surface to put your stuff on.

Room was nice and adequate for our needs. Secure underground garage . Nice downhill walk into Triest and only 7euro taxi fare back to hotel, The buffet style breakfast was adequate if you don't like a cooked breakfast. Staff always polite.

Restaurant unable to offer a menu for an evening meal as we were told it was different each night ! . No restaurant's around the hotel that we could find but plenty of bars.
