Food was great. Staff were all highly professional and friendly. Exceptional cleanliness. Hotel is a delightful oasis near the railway. We could walk to the old city.

The hotel is a 80s building with a events venue "villa" in the grounds hired out for parties. They push the villa photos buts its not part of the hotel experiance. Also the parties are loud, one till gone midnight. The hotel is clearly run for profit margins. I.e charge for pool towels, clear up breakfast knives and forks the moment you pause in eating.

Quite a way to the interesting parts of Bari.

Lovely environment,big and secure parking, spacious room and friendly staff.

The bar is below our room and the noise disturbs our rest.The sound insulation is the room is not good,the voice next door and their TV sounds can be heard clearly.

The pool was lovely.staff very friendly. Loction was excelent.

Good tea selection in the room and the hotel gave free umbrellas to use for the day.

Extremely noisy considering that it says soundproof rooms in the description, we also asked for a quiet room in advance but this was not accommodated. Location is far away from the old city and not in the safest area especially at night. Overall this hotel is overpriced.

The villa is gorgeous and is surrounded by lush gardens and a nice pool, which makes it a beautiful green oasis almost in the center of Bari. The staff was always very kind and eager to help and the room itself was spacious and comfortable. The hotel is about a 10-15 min walk from the main train station, which has great connections to all the cities in the region and it is another 10-15 min from there to Bari's historical district.

The shower was pretty small and there were some moldy spots in the corners and ceiling, which was not a pleasant sight in an otherwise clean room.

Beautiful Parc around the hotel! ...yummy food and top people working in the restaurant and lobby! Thankyou to everybody!

Not a lot. The staff were hardworking and seemed busy. Otherwise very disappointing all round.

A total rip off. You have to pay extra for almost everything once you get there. The bed was so uncomfortable, unless you like a hard and bouncy mattress. Wifi was not useable it kept dropping out every couple of minutes. Breakfast is £18.50 per person and because the location is so bad there is no other option but to pay at the hotel. More charges on top for for parking! You weren't even given a complementary fresh bottle of water the following day, instead they left the almost empty bottles from the day before. The location was not good, there was nothing in the area surrounding the Hotel. We walked into the city from the hotel the first night and after that we took taxis, as it did not feel entirely safe until you crossed to the other side of the train station (I would not attempt this in the dark!). The atmosphere was completely dead even though there were people about. While the staff were very "go ahead" and hardworking there was very little sign of any good management going on. We felt like wallets for the duration and were certainly treated as though we were!

Reasonable value for money. Good location. Friendly and helpful staff.
