It was a good location and good value

The hotel has a very strong perfume smell. If you are someone who is sensitive to smells (I am, I get migraines with strong scents/perfumes) - do not stay here. It’s crazy strong in lobby but it’s strong in room also. Had to keep window open in attempt to get smell to lessen. Also yes there was AC but not very cold. Bed was really loud creaky. Like if you turn over you would wake someone up. Also the AC made chirping noises at night. (If you’re noise sensitive this will drive you crazy).

Breakfast was very good with lots of options. Location was great and the staff were very helpful. The Jacuzzi bath was great. The bed was comfortable. The ipad was a very nice feature.

The bedding was changed daily but the sheets were a bit stained. Maybe some kind of information card with all the functions for the rooms light's and shutters etc would be helpful.

The descriptions says “ Children of all ages are welcome” in the hotel where dildos, vibrators, and handcuffs among others are on a big display in the lobby! I am shocked that this type of “hotel” is even listed on such a reputable site as Booking. We were forced to stay there for 5 nights since the reservation was non-refundable. To make things worse, there was a constant and extremely loud drilling and hammering from early morning throughout the day, which made it impossible to sleep in or take a rest during the day while being on “vacation”. The hotel never warned us about any ongoing constructions or did not offer any apologies or a discount for the inconvenience.

Enjoyed a beautiful stay at this hotel for our honeymoon. The location was perfect, near most attractions we wanted to tour and the staff was amazing. Suites were clean and tidied everyday, with essentials. Breakfast was more than you could ask for. I’m so glad we went with this place for our first time in Italy.

The room was spacious. Loved the Hot tub and shower.

Breakfast and the toilet was really small to use. Also provide proper handwash other than that everything was amazing and we loved out stay

Amazing location, helpful staff. Clean room everyday to a great standard. If you want to impress your partner then this is the way to do it. The breakfast.... WOW. The photos on the website don't do it justice. It is our 3rd visit and will look to book again.

Spacious, great location and value for money.

The staff were really friendly and welcoming. Super helpful as well. Breakfast was really cute. I really like the system they have in place, it’s just nice to sit in your own space and enjoy your food before you go and explore! There was a great selection to choose from also. Massive bed which was really comfy. The iPad is a great feature, we were able to play any music we liked. The shower was really nice and the bathtub in the room was a fun little feature.

We didn’t have a tv in our room. We asked at reception and were told we couldn’t move as they were fully booked and to ask the next day if there was a free room to move to. We didn’t even up asking as it wasn’t the end of the world, I think we would have just liked it for when we were lying on bed relaxing. It’s also just a bit of a shame as it was a feature that we paid for.
