The proximity to the airport, the location and there was an easy access to the metro station.

There was a bad leak in the bathroom with yellow water coming out. They said did not have another room available for us to move that night. We were moved afterwards and had to deal with this horrible inconvenience. The air conditioner was not working properly & the rooms got too hot, the temperature in Madrid was high therefore air conditioning is mandatory.

hidden fees... Website made things sound one way reality it was another... not enough power outlets in room and none by bed... don't think I have ever experienced that...

Nice location, very confortable room, friendly staff.

Reasonably good-sized rooms and clean. On-site parking. Helpful reception staff, though didn't know the area to recommend restaurants, etc.

High price for what it is, bed and pillows not comfortable, having to pay a deposit for a kettle and cups and then having to carry these up to my room and back to reception. Paying extra for parking. Few plugs in the room, and none located next to the bed. Poor lighting within the room for working. Breakfast was definitely not worth 10 € with very limited choice.

The park nearby held a concert with very loud music until about 3am!

no free internet for guests booking through booking.com. the lady in the front desk said that booking charges them a commission and that’s why no free internet. crazy. in 2023 a hotel with no free internet. DO MOT STAY THERE

this property was advertised on Booking .com with a shuttle service and they in fact do not provide a shuttle service at all, we did try to cancel the booking but they did refuse to accept out cancelation - as we only planed to stay 6 hours between flights and the taxi to and from the hotel to the airport would have been as expensive as the hotel booking

The front desk were very helpful especially when I thought I lost my medication. When I called back they responded right away and made sure everything was taking care of. I really appreciate it.

The facilities are a little dated. Wifi did not work very well.

We stayed for only one night. Our room was fairly clean, little worn out bathroom, but most importantly clean. My bed was ok, a little too hard for a person like me who overweight. The breakfast was really good, lots of good stuff to choose from. It's a luck of a draw if and then where you get a parking place, I guess we were lucky with ours.

The WIFI isn't good unless you get the one you must pay for. Nothing else to complain about.

The staff were excllent. Alberto and Damaris were very very helpful. The location is convenient for the airport, shopping, the Metro and Renfe into center city. There is a grocery and farmacy close by.

The hotel is in new owner transition and some services and amenities are not available. It is clear that the hotel is dated in decor, a bit worn in places and is not what it was when NH may have had it.
