Entertainment staff were fantastic. the food was great with plenty of options

Halfway through our stay, my wife was showing in our room. She turned the tap off and was left confused with a continuous stream of warm water that she initially thought was a leaking shower head. To her discust, she discovered that the water was coming from the ceiling, as I am a building developer she immediately called me to look at the problem. I soon discovered that it was a broken grey waste soil pipe. Upon imidetelly informing the reception, I was totally shocked at the downright unprofessional and rude service that I got. After informing them of the issue. As I turned to walk away, I had not gotten 10 steps away to hear the sound of uncontrollable after coming from the two ladies behind the desk. I had just informed them that my wife has been showering in somebody else's filth, and due to the health implications but embarrassment, I did not expect such unprofessionlisim from them. To make the matter even worse I spoke to the GM I think her name was Ann Marie to inform her that maybe her staff might need a little more training in professionalism and customer care to be greeted with a defensive "well maybe they weren't laffing about that!" The problem I had is that when I approached, they were quiet and doing their jobs and something within 5 seconds of me being very polite about the whole situation and walking away give them a reason to burst out laffing like wild hyenas. Maybe something within that 5 seconds total unrelated happened, but given the seriousness and the embarrassment of the situation, they should have been more professional. The hotel, in general, was great, but this really did put a massive damper on me wanting to stay there.

Great location both shopping and beach. Room size is good enough for family stay, they could do better arrangement of breakfast as I could imagine how much daily wasted food.

Amount of food selection that is too much. also the drink from the bar, if you return the empty glass, they will fill up etc so that can be control of waste drinks also control of empty glass every where in the hotel, sometimes I could see the empty glass in the lift.

Close to the sea. Location is great. Food is ok but could be more diverse. Aquapark is great.

Room and building itself is not new and need some investment into renovating. Big building with not obvious routes and its easy to get lost. Personal on reception looks not very happy. Huge amount of people, pool is small and overloaded. Room seems to be clear. But air conditioning is very noisy and for me it’s impossible to sleep with it.

The location

It was loud, it was not a chanch to get a sunbed by the pool, we wear not able to enjoy the pool area at all. Becouse people just took the bench early in the morning and thake the hole day.the food was realy bad, my bed was missing a leg and werry nosie. The roomservis people wear loud listening to music in the hall, talking loud in the morning. The shower head was not working properly and we had 2 men come and check it out but it did not get fixed. The staff did not talk mutch english and comunication was not easy. The show and dinner that was included in the pack was only optional on wednesday and that was not a day that we wear at the hotel. So in the end i would not recomend the hotel with anyone i am flaburgastied over the loudness and crazyness and sad that my holiday was just a caotic and i needed to enjoy my days outside the hotel so we just could sit down outside.

All staff very friendly & helpful, entertainment staff fab. All clean.

How beds were pushed together, for multiple people, leaving one to sleep in the crack. Food very poor, magic aqua rocks however the slides are ran poorly & not all open together.

The food was good in the cafeteria. Short walk to the beach

Since we are on a sunny beach, the garden is pretty much in the shade. The sun comes to the benches around 10:30 and is gone at 16:00. Our daughter hurt her head on a slide, so the use of the water slide was not much. The food was good in the cafeteria.

showers didn’t stop on temperature, ran out of Disarono and Jack Daniel’s, and roof top bar wasn’t open long enough
