The location and pool etc was great.

There was no aircon and it was absolutely boiling. No way to turn it on. We basically got locked out of our room for the whole first night, therefore should not really have to pay for it. Could not get changed to go out etc.

Access to the pool and to any events taking place there. The location of the property as it was easy to get to and everything was at a walking distance.

I stayed here from the 26 to the 1 and 3 times I had was locked outside my room and couldn’t shower nor change my closet. A different room was given to me in the main time, while my room was either getting fixed or waiting for the maintenance man to turn up.

The staff, Victoria, Melissa, etc etc...people at breakfast etc etc. They are like parents caring about their children. Simply marvellous people

The pressure of the shower was good and the location of the hotel was good, was close to the beach and some night clubs and was a two minute walk from Waitrose.

The man that worked on reception at night was so nasty to us the first two nights and the breakfast was disgusting. We had mould in our room, one night we went back to the room to find bugs all over the floor then found dirty socks when we was packing our stuff up to try get a new room, we was then shouted at by the guy on reception and told there was no rooms available and he wasn’t going to do anything to help us while laughing In our faces with the security guard and then had the police rang on us for refusing to leave reception until we spoke to a manager. Then after making all that fuss making us cry and ringing the police he decided to give us a key for another room which he could of done in the first place instead of upsetting two young girls at 4 o’clock in the morning.

Location is perfect, close to shops, clubs and beech. Staff were very helpful and breakfast was good

The staff were very helpful, the breakfasts were amazing with a lot of options. There's a really nice poolside with lots of chairs, and they happily swapped our room for one with a view of the pool. We went to the 4th floor and could even see the sea. Very good hotel.

Spacious room and bathroom with comfortable beds. Staff were great, Inparticular the ladies at the pool & bar. Mattieus (sp) handed the music over to the guests which is always a win. All Staff take great pride in their cocktails Hotel attracts mainly Irish & British. Location on point 👌

Great hotel for a party holiday, very accommodating to 10 lads. Friendly and helpful staff who helped out a lot.
