The staff is just incredible, they took the time to explain everything to us, the routes, the best places, they even gave us beach umbrellas and booked us a cruise! Would definitely recommend, thank you so much!!

Really close to beaches and restaraunts in the island. Supermarkets very close. Lovely receptionists. Cheap and easy covid testing service in the hotel. Good cleaning everyday.

Salty water was a little bit inconvenient. Outdoor balcony area was extremely dirty.

First the staff, her name is Maria, she checked us in. She was amazing, very friendly and professional. She gave all the information we needed within minutes. Wow.....totally impressed with her. She definitely made our stay worthwhile. Wow....beautiful and kind lady. She deserves more! One of the best checking process ever in my life, our rooms were not ready but she made us comfortable and kept us at ease. In fact she recommended that we go have lunch by a near by family restaurant that was having discounts a 3 meal course (which we enjoyed so much). Secondly, the location was really great, very central. We walked to the bus station and to the shops, restaurants and clubs. Loved the location Thirdly, it was really clean. The property looks like it just got renovated, very impressive. It didn’t look like a hostel. The WiFi was also great I didn’t check out their pool nor restaurant (which is not on the property, but around the corner), my friends did go and they liked it.

The rooms don’t have a refrigerator nor a kettle, I expected this. But it was explained to us that this is a hostel. But it would be nice to have at least a refrigerator (even if it means putting up the price), Ibiza is hot, need constant cold water.
