Great location, modern, delicious bfast and cocktails. Luna made us feel so welcome, friendly and helpful, always greeting us with a smile, priceless, definitely recommend.

The room renovation was made to a good modern standard. Reasonably comfortable but maintenance could be done better.

Location felt too far away from everything in a depressed area of San An with shady surroundings. Reception staff was impolite and careless with the exception of the Italian guy, always smiling and looking to help. I asked reception to tell the cleaning staff to please remove an odd looking stain from my night table I saw after I checked in and it was left there until I checked out. They never changed the bedsheets in 5 days I was there. Breakfast was very poor quality and variety was really lacking. Common areas are in urgent need of renovation. Breakfast area looked like taken from a terror movie from the 70s. A shady looking old man (he wasn’t a guest of Casita Blanca) was harassing a group of 2 young female guests and even seated with them at the table until the waiter ask him to leave. To make things worse, I got stolen a powerbank for the smartphone and a charger for my laptop even if the powerbank was inside my backpack and the laptop with the charger in the safe. I always close/lock my luggage when not in my room and put the more valuable stuff in the safe. However, they managed to get access to it while I was away. After confronting the receptionist they defended the staff but obviously I wouldn’t be writing this if it wasn’t true.

Le ragazze sono gentilissime e attentissime. Rita è meravigliosa (ma non solo lei). La pulizia ottima. Il bagno bello, ma la stanza un po' vecchia. L'armadio è grande ma non aveva delle mensole(scaffali)...le padelle e pentole nuove. La cucina funzionaba bene, ma il congelatore ci metteva tempo per congelare. Il posto è molto tranquillo, ha di tutto, supermercati vicino, piscina, il centro di sant antonio a pochi minuti... Tornerò sicuramente. Grazie ancora alle ragazze per la disponibilità.

La mancanza di luce nei corridoi, l'acqua usciva dalla doccia (anche se il bagno era ristrutturato nuovo), però le ragazze subito hanno risolto (anche la ragazza della pulizia).

the decor was quite nice

staff were terribly miserable, room was not clean and the cleaner did not thoroughly clean it each day, they do not change the sheets or towels during your stay or clean down anything. they only empty the bins and sweep the floor. location was quite close to the strip. they ask for a €90 deposit in cash which is very sketchy as it means that you cannot get it back from your bank if any issues

The hotel was very good value for the price. The room and its interior was very nice and tastefully furnished. It was great for a group of three people and was spacey enough to stay 4 nights. We had a balcony looking to the pool side and was great to spend evenings on the balcony. Breakfast was included in the fee and I must say there was plenty of choice for everyone to choose from.

Considering it was an adult only hotel I was very confused about the workers passing by the corridor - knocking on the door to say to keep it more quiet, when the only thing we did was having a conversation between the three of us. Also the people at the reception - few of the ladies were very arrogant - just a terrible attitude to be honest. Very grateful to have the guys there a few nights, who definitely know how to treat the customers. Also barely ever had the towels changed, even if they passed by to clean. And when the dirty towels were taken away they were not replaced. Thankfully they gave us new ones from the reception.
