This is a perfect location ! The hotel is beautiful and the staff is amazing! The roof top bar is just beautiful! Carlos at the front desk went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. he was beyond helpful. He helped with tickets for us and had several great tips and recommendations.

superb location, superb and friendly accommodating staff - there seemed to be a lot of staff everywhere, so checking in or helping with a taxi was only minutes away rather than a long wait. The bar at the top had a DJ on Sunday night, he played some wicked tunes, very comfortable, and great atmosphere. Our balcony view from our 7th floor room overlooked the city and was pretty cool, room was well fitted and a shower to die for. The price was higher than we wanted to pay but glad we did; it was a great way to finish the holiday with a bit of class and style.

The pool was very cold but refreshing - could have been slightly warmer but that not a negative, my preference.

We had a great stay here in a family room for 3 nights. The hotel is in a great location, walkable to main areas. Our family room was very bright and spacious and had large doors you could open up, like having a Juliet balcony (You could not go out of doors and there were safety railings). There was also a large dressing area with wardrobes and a spacious bathroom with walkin shower. The beds were very comfortable and there was a large good quality breakfast choice. We found all the staff very friendly! Our daughter liked the rooftop pool and sundeck area, small but nice. Oh, did I mention the rooftop bar, just fabulous!...we went every day for super cocktails! We would definitely stay here again!

The location was Amazing 🤩 The choice on offer for breakfast was brilliant 🤩 The shower in the bathroom was powerful and lovely and warm 🤩 Rooftop bar was excellent 🤩

When I was checking out and paying, the older man was quite rude. He didn’t smile, he was very abrupt and when I was given my receipt, he didn’t thank me or say goodbye. I was just glad this was at the end of my holiday, otherwise he would have ruined it!! Everyone else was lovely.

Upstairs bar wonderful environment - great staff Front desk staff were excellent except last day when girl on desk was most unhelpful as we struggled with bags looking for a taxi.

Coffee in breakfast room poor. Had to make own coffee when staff had the time. Good coffee is a must. Often the milk had run out of the machine. . Hot food needs to be hot, Luke warm eggs and bacon - not good. Suggest cereal be served from containers not individual boxes - just adding to land fill. Breakfast location out of the way.
