La televisión no funcionaba todo muy viejo y anticuado de los años 90 te dice que hay parking gratis y te lo cobran y los coches del personal del hotel están en el parking la limpieza de los habitaciones deja mucho de desear

Hotellet ligger perfekt ved vandet og i centrum af Playa de las Americas.

Man skal være tidlig på den for og få en ledig solseng. Lidt lydt i restauranten med de mange mennesker og de bare vægge.

I stayed 5 nights.expensive price.but location is right to beach.breakfast is very good.room size good.but not 4 star property .i m talking about room..no tea coffee maker.no slippers..no bath robe..no proper shampoo conditioner..no bell boy..1 tower only 2 lifts…property other facilites is very good like big 2 outdoor swimming pool.. daily yoga..daily evening shows..view is very good..room number is 1055 i dont know lady name when i was checkin 20th jan time was 20:45pm she was very nice and helpfull.i m requesting for good view and she agreed and giving me 1055 room..staff was very nice..overall good experiance…

Posizione top, personale gentile e disponibile. Camera con vista mare nonostante non l'avessimo nell'opzione.

Manutenzione e pulizia delle camere un po' così. Hotel un po' datato ma funzionale. Letti e cuscini molto scomodi.

Diszkó van mellette, minden éjjel 04 óráig iszonyu hangos zene szól. Takaritás gyalázatos, az erkélyen egy hétig ott volt a morzsa, bogarak vannak a szobában, és patkány a medencében.

Geweldige locatie met zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel.

Virkelig tæt på strand og i god gå afstand til der meste. Dejlig morgenmad.

Der var høj musik og larm hele natten inde i mit værelse fra forlystelsescenteret lige ved siden af, selv om der var lukket for alle vinduer. Jeg ved ikke, om det er et generelt problem eller kun vedrører nogle værelser.

Staf very friendly, pool was nice. Staff called an ambulance/police for injured teen on the strip(clubs refused) which I think hopefully saved his life. Can't say I'd like my lads to visit. Thank god for first aid training. 🙏🏻

Breakfast inclusive bland/tasteless, beds taken by towels and no one using them, €5 for beer next to pool & €1.50 outside eating. Lifts kept breaking not cool on the 10th floor

La pulizia assolutamente abbiamo avuto ben 3 scarafaggi in camera in 3 gg diversi e nessuno ci ha aiutato ( solo il primo giorno hanno spruzzato ddt nell’ambiente della camera con noi dentro, alle 23.20.

Aamiainen oli monipuolinen. Sijainti oli levoton, mutta palveluja saatavilla lähellä.

Yleisvaikutelma huoneissa oli epäsiisti. Huone oli hutiloiden siivottu. Tahroja ja pölyä oli joka puolella. Huoneen sisustus oli noin 25 vuoden takaa. Parvekkeen ovi oli ohkainen, eikä pitänyt mitään ääntä. Kuuntelin lähikadun ravintolan laulua aamuyöllä puoli kahteen. Musiikki tuli huoneeseen noin 60 desibelin voimakkuudella. Kerrottuani vastaanottoon kuulin, että tämä oli hotellin rauhallinen puoli.

Muy cerca de la playa, en la zona de la piscina hay una puerta para salir directamente al paseo y la playa. Muchos restaurantes al lado. Buen desayuno, la cena muy normal.

Si pretendes descansar no vayas a este hotel ya que tiene al lado muchas discotecas y se oye la música hasta las 4 de la mañana ya que las habitaciones no están muy insonorizadas. La camarera (jefa) del restaurante muy desagradable, del resto de camareros unos muy secos y otros mas simpáticos. La piscina solo está abierta hasta las 19h, lógico porque tienen los horarios para los extranjeros, eramos de los pocos españoles que había en el hotel y parecíamos nosotros los de fuera

The entertainment staff are second to none, absolutely fantastic and always being such a good vibe!

I didn’t like the selection of food for all inclusive, I found there was a very limited selection as there was lots of fish and not a lot for people who don’t eat fish. Some staff members were also very rude.

Stoff in the kitchen two men working they are not kind they shouted at us we sat down at a table for 4 people, and ours was for 5 people it's our fault they could say nicely and not yell at us, we are not animals.. I will never go to this hotel again ever.....

Very pleased with my stay in Sol Hotel rooms were very clean , view from my room was great , very good location staff were very friendly and food was very tasty

Good location but can be noisy with the strip and the hotel entertainment. Easy to walk to the shops and straight out onto the seafront. Food was fantastic with plenty of options. Beds were comfy, although the balconies are a bit small.

Hotel is dates and definitely needs a revamp. Also the reception has very slow service, when we were checking in, it took almost half an hour stood in the queue for only 3 people in front of us being checked in. Definitely needs to be sorted.
