We had an exceptional view of the water, white-washed houses, blue-domed churches and beautiful nightly sunsets from our room, which Santorini is known for. Sunrises over the houses and cliffs were so lovely and relaxing, and the lit up white homes built into the cliffs were truly magical in the evening. The morning breakfast buffet was generous with classic Greek specialties each day, overlooking a scenic view. Also, we found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. We were amazed and the agility and strength of the staff who carried our bags down/up the flights of stairs at check in and check out; and always with a smile! Highly recommended property in the serene setting of Firostefani, which has just enough island activity and is a short walk to Fira.

The stairs can be challenging, but that's part of the Santorini experience.

The hotel was immaculate and the view was spectacular. Dimitri and the rest of the staff were amazing, cheerful and went over and above what we expected, to make our stay memorable. I loved the fact that Cliff Side suites overlooked Santorini’s caldera. The view was breathtaking. We had clear view of the villages of Fira, Imerogvili and Oia and the Nea & Palea Kameni. Firostefani is beautiful with a number of great local restaurants. The hike to quiet Imerovigli and the bustling and action packed Fira is only 15 min each way. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. The icing on the cake was the large and small pool and the most amazing breakfast that was served at 8 am. Eggs, scrambled and sunny side up., Turkey bacon, little sausages, cheeses, yoghurt, 3-4 cereals, fresh fruit, dolmades, cold meats, olives, fresh baked croissant and custard and fruit filled sweet pastry rolls, juices, milk and amazing coffee. The breakfast kept us full till dinner time. For older people with difficulty climbing a few stairs, ask for a room on a level were you don’t need to climb up too many stairs. The staff are there to help with luggage. I highly recommend the Cliff side hotel and suites to you all. Worth every dollar. You don’t even have to leave your balcony to have a great vacation. This place has it all.

I loved everything about the Cliff Side Suites. Just a note to those that have mobility restrictions. You do require climbing some stairs. Check with reception and have them reserve a room on a level with fewer stairs.

Breakfast was delicious! Could have more variety but was good for 3 nights. The view is unbeatable which is the primary reason to stay here.

Pool wasn’t great so don’t come for that. Also for breakfast dining there is a bush that obscures the view a little bit still incredible. Also a 4 euro resort tax not reflected in the bill I had to pay in cash.

Facilities look new and clean.

Stuff is very strange!!! We told in advance that we are going to celebrate honeymoon by them we didn’t get congrats not even smallest attention to it. On the date of the check out stuff started to call 5 times at 8:00 (check out is at 11:00). Probably to make sure we order driver to airport with them and they can do some commission. It was very disturbing.

everything is Perfect. it’s a lovely maze of rooms all different. clean and pretty. very functional the team is lovely. breakfast is simple and very good.

nothing to be dsilked. maybe recommend the guests to turn off the AC to be a bit more eco conscious.

The views and the property are beautiful. There's not much to not like about this property. I did book without advance notice so I really can't say anything about the price for the room. It was still a wonderful experience and the staff was AMAZING .

This was the perfect place to stay in Santorini! It exceeded my expectations. The staff were so friendly and helpful for recommendations! The view was beyond perfect - exactly what you picture when you think of Santorini. We also got upgraded to a bigger room and it was incredible! The location was great because you were close enough to the attractions in Fira, but somewhat separated from the overly crowded areas. It was the perfect place to watch the sunset. There were great restaurants within walking distance. I will definitely stay here again when I come back!

The staff was lovely and Dimitri at the reception desk was particularly helpful and very caring in helping us with arranging our activities and car rental. We had the executive suite, a huge room with a separate queen bed in a loft, perfect for our teenage daughter. The breakfast was very good and served in a location with stunning views of the caldera.

The pool is a little small with not many lounges - just something to be aware of if you are visiting during the right time of year and anticipate spending a lot of time laying out around the pool.

The first room we had was actually an apartment/ suite, but the A/C was broken, and dripped water onto the bed promptly soaking it. No worries though as we were immediately given a different room which was suitable enough.

We had requested a late check-out, but unfortunately they couldn't accommodate. Not surprising given the time of year. At least we were able to hang out by, and use the pool until it was time to go to the airport.

Location is amazing, the setting is stunning and the room was very comfortable. I would stay here again! The service was also terrific from the moment we arrived. It is amazing to see the way they are able to carry bags up and down the steep stairs! Everyone at the reception was friendly, very helpful and service oriented. Thank you for a wonderful stay in Santorini!

Lots and lots of stairs - although the positive is that I got a good workout from them! This seems unavoidable in Santorini and also the steepness of the setting makes for unbelievable views.

Views were amazing.

Room was extremely small. Breakfast could improve for the amount of money being paid.

We were little bit nervous about travelling to Santorini and staying in Fira with a 1 year old (it’s not as hard as you think!) - the hotel was beautiful and while there were A LOT of stairs down to our room, our stay couldn’t have been better. The staff did absolutely everything they could to help us, and made sure we had everything we needed for our baby at all times. They upgraded our room to a suite so we had more space, and outside our room was a shallow dipping pool perfect for him to toddle about and play in. At breakfast they brought us a high chair and the room was always spotlessly clean. The selection of food at breakfast was lovely, and the food from the pool bar was freshly prepared and great value for money. We could not rate the hotel highly enough 😊

The only slight hassle was the number of stairs (89 down to our room / back up to the street) - but that is the case when staying on the caldera side and the views more than compensated for the sweat!

The views were jaw-dropping. The staff were fantastic. The location was absolutely amazing.

Room had bright blue light which prevented a nice sleep at night. Water in shower wouldn't go down fast enough, which caused it to spill out to the bathroom floor. However, there was a second drain in the floor. Room did not include a kettle or coffee machine and only a single large bottle of water for the entirety of the stay (4 nights for us).
