Some bar staff friendly and talkative

Quality of breakfast very poor. Very limited selection of foods and poor quality. Only processed meats, not proper ham. Only instant coffee. Yuck :( Room was not serviced every day. Couple of times only bed was made but no fresh towels delivered and bin not emptied. Poor service.

After a nightmare delayed journey they booked me in at 2:00 and even upgraded me to lovely room for no extra

The location is perfect. Very close to the centre. Within walking distance from beaches and shops. The food was good.

The room didn't have a kettle and coffee/tea. For the price paid I would have expected at least that.

Buffet was extensive, the room had a nice balcony. They gave me a room upgrade because I had booked a 1p room but got one for 3 because it was low season, that was nice. Location is ok, nothing special but Lloret is small so it's fine. Bus station, center and beach are all a 10 minute walk.

There is no free WiFi, only in the entrance hall. Staff is friendly but not very knowledgeable. They gave me wrong advice about the area and when there was a problem with my room key it took a while to fix it. Food is not great quality and there is no coffee at lunch and dinner (breakfast I don't know), you'd have to go the bar area and buy it. All in all the hotel is ok, not great but the price reflects that.

Superior room a disappointment ,so small. Sorry that we’d payed the extra cost, not worth it. One particular female bar staff not very friendly , ran out of wine , we were all inclusive , and was told to go to the bar and pay .

Very good service from the staff, breakfast very rich, big enough rooms. Installation kind of old modern would be nice to arrange some renovation any time soon, but everything is clean and functional. Bathtub!

Ignore all bad reviews. This hotel was so pleasant and enjoyable. It was very clean. Location was perfect. Close to the town but not too close to be loud. Pool area was lovely. Hotel seems to cater to alot of young school groups but that was not a problem for us. The entertainment staff and evening entertainment was very good. We went all inclusive. Food was varied and very good. See below for drinks let down. Overall so enjoyable. No other English speaking guests. Was not a problem for us but incase people with kids want to know etc. Highly recommended this hotel for a budget few days away.

As I mention we went all inclusive which included drinks. We were extremely disappointed with the cocktails. The all inclusive cocktails were premade out of a machine but guests who didn't go all inclusive got freshly made cocktails. I understand cocktails are more expensive so in this case I would have rathered cocktails not be included in the package at all. Or I would have happily paid extra for a cocktail wrist band. Just a small aspect but very disappointing for cocktail lovers. All other alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages were perfect
