조용합니다.
너무 더럽고 서비스도 안 좋고 냄새 와창 나고 벌레 나오고 최근 15년 동안 이러한 호텔에서 자본 적이 없네요. 가성비 최악!! 30몇만원 주고 했는데 돈이 너무 아깝네요.

لا شي الفندق بعيد جدا عن المطاعم والمحلات اقرب سوبر ماركت يبعد حوالي 20 دقيقه
بعيد جدا عن المناطق الحيويه الفندق قديم جدا ولم يتم تجديده
لايوجد انترنت بالغرف لا يتم تنظيف الغرف الا مره بالاسبوع

Quite, peaceful area location and close to freeway for transportation to city and airport, proximity towards the DMZ.
As we had booked for two rooms for three persons, not knowing they had given a us two bedroom apartment across the hotel which they manage. The issue is, they did not provide a porter to carry our luggage across the freezing cold weather outside to the apartment block which was 100 metres away around 9pm at night.
Being a Five Star Hotel I did not expect this sort of service from this hotel chain.

the view was great and very quiet
Concierge was friendly to foreign people but to local was so rude. Didn't explain any of their facility just pointing out the sign to read. Service needs to be upgraded this is 5 star hotel, a motel has better service than this one. the swimming pool people were taking videos which was very unconfortable but the life guard did nothing.

Nearby bus station, close to some fast food franchises, you were restocked with your everyday needs at 9:00.
Wifi is for an additional fee. Reasonable value for accommodation. If you want to stay it should only be to sleep and leave for any activity.
Old antiques furniture, breakfast buffet in another building.
The apartments were in another building far from the hotel building.
The airport bus shuttle station was suspended during our stay.

convenient for a family for longer stays. the suite was large, fully furnished with washer & dryer and full kitchen. the staff were extremely courteous and helpful.
the property maintenance was lacking, the washer leaked. there was no WiFi, no laundry detergent and not close to any subway stops. however, taxi turned out to be surprisingly inexpensive in Seoul. great for my elderly mother.

the convenience store and foreign exchange on front desk
The hotel is alright but it did not live up to the photos. It is old, smells a bit mouldy. site didn’t show us what our apartment would look like.

I like it’s really quite place, I needed place like this, I like the crew, they help me, and they are really nice, I like the music every morning, and staying here help me heal a lot
the only thing that I didn’t like is they wake me every day to clean, even if I didn’t ask, they wake me, I really didn’t like that, I wish they just let me sleep as much as I want, cuz I will use don’t disturb me, but still they wake me up very early everyday and I didn’t like it at all.

It was clean and comfortable.
I think communication in English is a problem and the reason why staff interact very minimally and only if they have too.
Having read previous comments in the breakfast menu I decided to have an open mind. Feedback is meant to help improve the service for the next time. sadly that was not the case. The juice containers were empty, fresh fruit that was in the plate was only pineapple and a few blueberries. I also had no interaction from staff at the breakfast desk or service.

I liked the staff, location, the suite ( cleanliness was average), loved the view, the area, river, waterfall nearby, nature in Seoul is breathtaking. The convenient store within hotel.
Liked the food.
Didn’t like breakfast, didn’t like that everything was closed - gym, pool, 50% of restaurants, barber, executive lounge.

property very clean and rooms very big. The staff were very helpful and polite.
Not that it was the fault of the hotel but the pool being closed due to Covid restrictions

Brilliant hotel, very clean, friendly and helpful staff and great breakfast. Its not in the centre of Seoul and hence provides a quite retreat from the bustle of the city.
The gym and pool where still closed due to COVID 19 restrictions, which was shame as they looked impressive

The facilities provided, such as the swimming pool and gym were well equipped and maintained. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
