Half board. Waited 50 mins for starter, then requested food to room. When it arrived it was inedible. Soup cold and covered in skin, terrine was so dry it crumbled like a biscuit when cut, salmon dry, chicken like paper. It must all have been pre-cooked and sitting for hours.

Very nice hotel with very nice surroundings! Outside our room we had a view of horses walking close by on the field while we were having coffee in the armchairs and relaxing, very nice and calming. The room was very quiet and the facility is great. Very clean and well taken care of. The food was overall on the plus side, specially the ala carte in the restaurant. During our stay we were feeling very welcomed and well taken care of in particulary by staffmember Aywis. He made us feel very welcomed and we also had some tips what to do and places to visit. Mali took good care of us at breakfast on our last day before going home!

The spa facility was nice but needs improvement. To be able to enter the dressing room, you have to walk inside the leisure area where people are using the sauna and have already dressed into their swimmingwear. So here you can walk with your shoes (due to its very wet) on which is not very nice for the people who have already showered and entered The leisurearea. I think those two should be well separated so that you don’t enter the area where people are going to use the pool directly or the sauna. I also think the shower needs improvement. It turns off very quickly, and also the pressure in the shower is very low. Overall, I think the swimming pool and the and the bubble tub was great!

Schönes ruhiges Hotel in unmittelbarer Nähe Oxfords. Die Betten sind bequem, das Frühstücksbuffet reichhaltig und lecker.

Das Hotel erhebt den Anspruch zur gehobenen Klasse zu gehören, jedoch sollte dann auch das Bierglas an der Bar sauber sein und nicht der Lippenstift, der Dame, die vor mir aus dem Glas getrunken hatte noch am Rand kleben. Daraufhin angesprochen wurde das Glas leider nur oberflächlich gereinigt, der Lippenstift, war immer noch sichtbar.

Wonderful facilities, beautiful setting that gives you a luxury farm feel. Staff were friendly, helpful and professional. Rooms were spacious and luxurious. The breakfast and dinner were delicious.

A little far from the center of town. About a 15- 20 mins walk on a very busy road.

The spa was relaxing and Paige was brilliant, it was the only thing that relaxed us after a terrible stay in the hotel.

The reception when arriving was rude and didn’t want to listen to previous requests of earlier check in demanding payment without even listening, when arriving in the room after long drive, was constant noise from event room above. and when checking out asked to pay the bill again because system was down.

The rooms were lovely, slept really well, clean and tidy.

The spa let the hotel down. No loungers around the pool so you couldn’t relax and lie down there, jacuzzi was out of order and no relaxation room to relax in after treatments.

The room was lovely the French doors made it, the location brilliant the walk along the river to the town was lovely took about 15 minutes, breakfast was very good plenty of choices hot or cold

Nothing the parking was very well organised
