excellent comfy and luxurious atmosphere. the swimming pool is convenient and entertaining for adults and kids. very cooperative and welcoming staff.

it is in the middle of nowhere, to reach Alexandria we had to rent a car which is costly and time consuming. No shuttle service was provided. there is no beach nearby.

I got the offer 94USD but in reality i paid 121 USD, sneaky deal actually

Overall the staff are amazing starting from arrival until checkout. Big thanks to the staff Rooms specially the new section are great and modern Pools and facilities are excellent Location is good if you want to quick gateway outside of Alexandrea

I didn’t like how the close the main breakfast hall and make it limited for “group” I understand if the place is full you direct some members to another room The small breakfast buffet was not as per expectation or quality the room is cigar/bar where you come in the morning with cigars and alcohol smells not right love to start your morning I really didn’t like this

I usually like to work outside especially in a the evening. couldn’t even stay outside for 5 minutes simply because of mosquitoes, I would recommend if i go oh want to stay outside in the evenings to use a mosquito skin repellent

I asked the property before arrival to remove alcohol from room but I found when arrived. We have children

Amazing place and friendly staff, breakfast buffet is great with a lot of options, diner is ok but could be better, we enjoyed our stay and definitely coming back and recommend it to friends and family, thank you for the great memories 🥰🥰

Lack of nearby attractions and grocery stores, the in house market was a bit pricey

the hotel is great, rooms are very spacious and staff are super helpful

accommodation and lake’s restaurant breakfast and dinner food was perfect

it is so far from the down town . suggest to make popcorn & cotton candy corner for kids and establish open air playground including (slides, swing) for kids . pool need to be warmed

everything is perfect. the room is new and huge. especially a lady called Menna for guest relations who is very kind and helpful during my stay in hotel. thank her so much!
