WiFi on second flor not work

Staff were very pleasant and helpful. The stay itself was spacious and very well furnished. You basically have everything you need in it. The breakfast could have had more variety. The restaurant nevertheless was exceptional. The chef customised our order to the liking of our taste buds and to be honest, the food was better than some very highly rated restaurants. There is a big free public parking in front of the hotel. We were able to find parking inspite of arriving quite late. Absolute recommendation.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Our room was very comfortable and the evening meal we had at the hotel was lovely also. There is a very good choice of menu options for dinner and the prices are reasonable for both food and drinks.

The wifi didn't work in our room on the 2nd floor (although it worked fine in the reception/eating area on the ground floor and other guests who were staying on the 1st floor said that it was working for them). The breakfast selection was a little disappointing, because we hadn't been made aware that only a cold buffet would be available.

I booked a room without breakfast, but the next morning, I wanted to have a coffee before leaving. So I ordered and when I asked to pay, the girl at the reception said that it was fine - a small attention, as she put it. Sometimes, small things, like a morning coffee served for free, could make one’s day. Big thanks and if I ever come back to Leuven, I will try to book the same hotel.

Excellent room service. At the end of the day when we return to our room, we see the neat and beautiful room. Breakfast is nice and plenty of everything. Fresh and warm. Very nice staff.

It was a little hard to carry all our luggage upstairs using the staircase. AC is not cooling enough. Felt a little hot inside the room. We prefer traditional wood doors which can close properly in the washroom, rather than the sliding glass door which they had at the hotel. Anyway, none of these were big issues.

The Wifi in my room didn't work during my stay of three days. No solution from the staff at all. The breakfast is too expensive.

Nice location, free parking. The room was big enough to me, my wife and 2.5 yrs old daughter. Aircon was OK and nice view to the town square.

We just started to travel to the hotel at 10 am. and they deduct the room price. The lift didn't work...

Lovely hotel in the centre of Herent in the square with the church. The church bells rang on the hour but didn’t cause us a problem. Parking is public parking in the square. The breakfast was continental but plenty. The staff were very helpful and polite.

Wifi was a waste of time as the signal was very poor.

Extremely unprofessional staff and management

I stayed for 1 night in this Hotel which is run by Nepali staff and management. The lift was out of order and we had to climb 2 floors with our bags. I forgot the charger of my mobile and requested many times for them to send it by post and was willing to pay the charges. Despite numerous requests by phone and email I didnt get any response from the staff and till date they are not sending my original Samsung Speed charger which costs over €40,- This is extremely unprofessional and irresponsible behaviour for any hotel. Hence I definately do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Lift was not working (minor) We noticed that the window could not be opened properly before bedtime. It was unpleasant as it was a very hot night and the a/c was just too noisy

Breakfast was great, hotel clean, nice little village, location beside church - whole town not far from Leuven, you´d probably need a car to enjoy the surroundings (but I had) - would recommend

The person to whom I spoke had okay english - I think she had a few problems with my thick accent (my fault) but iit was okay
