Margriet, my point of correspondence was super helpful and informative. I needed to extend my stay and she ensured that the process went smoothly. The room was being cleaned routinely and the location was optimal.

The window was slanted so it doesn't let in a lot of light and it needed cleaning a little bit around the edges. Also, the WiFi connection is not very stable and you lose connection often. Otherwise, everything else was perfect.

The place is well located, clean and comfortable. Kitchenette had everything what was needed. Good for several days of stay.

The water was weirdly "fat" and the bath tube was stucked.

A good location

Almost everything was out of the order, we spent time writing a landlord.

Efficient self-service. Bike provision was very helpful for moving around the city. The common areas were regularly cleaned. The host respond to messages fast.

The front desk (with a small distance) was most of the time closed. The fastest way to reach the host was via message/email.

kitchen

I stayed for 4 nights and there was no way to throw away the trash (no daily cleaning). As I used the kitchen, the room smelled weird after two days due to poor ventilation and the trash problem. also towel smells weird.

Excellenet location, close to the old historical center of the town, and the University. I had a very good contact of the responsible person, very kind and polite. The neighborhood is beautiful, calm and safe, with supermarkets, restaurants and brasseries. The appartment was clean with all the amenities, the ideal place for someone to work.

For our purposes very well situated. Nice to have air cooling.

Would have been nice to get fresh towels after 3 days.

The location was good, pretty close the to city centre. It was also very peaceful so you had a good night’s sleep. They staff I did encounter were very friendly.

It would be nice to be told which wifi to use, there were a few Boardhousing Wi-FI to choose from when connected and I had to try each one before I got to the one that was correct. So, perhaps put on the pamphlet which wifi to connect to. I also didn’t like the hard pillow, perhaps put one hard and one soft pillow. There were a couple of times where the electrics just went off; the lights, TV, all got disconnected a few times for about 3 mins and then came back on again. I was also working for a few days and it did happen on one of the day I was working. The aircon in my room wasn’t working. I was on the top floor and it was pretty warm and the room was quite hot, but least I could open the windows, but I didn’t want to keep it open during the night as the morning noise would wake me up, so having the aircon working would have been nice.

The apartment was very nice and clean, big enough and with everything you need for a short staying. The area is very nice, on Sunday there is a beautiful market in the square where the apartment is located

The water of the shower should definitey be more hot... It is hot for some seconds, then it is just lukewarm. We stayed for one week and they did not provide cleaning (their rules) but it was not the best as we were traveling with our baby girl
