We found the bed to be really comfortable & supportive. The location was excellent & within walking distance to everything.
It would have been more convenient to be able to use our room key to gain access to the gym, rather than going to reception each time.

We stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment which was a good size & had fantastic views. Staff were very friendly.
The ensuite off the main bedroom was very dated & could do with a makeover.

The view is gorgeous! The location is perfect as it is opposite the beach and the shops and restaurants are just across the road. Our apartment was huge, beautifully furnished and perfectly clean. The weather was too cold to swim but the pool area looked very inviting. The undercover car park was easy to access. Would recommend.

The rooms and furniture are old and outdated. Lounge chairs deteriorated. No change of linen or at least towels - apparently only weekly and no topping up of tea and coffee and shampoo etc for $400 a night I have stayed in better 5 star apartments

The view was amazing! Very helpful reception staff, the room was very clean, open, spacious and comfortable furnishings.
Whilst the ensuite was compact, it was still functional, and was easily compensated by a spacious main bathroom.

the floor boards were very dirty and made it so when we got into bed it felt like sleeping in sand. other then that was great.

The front desk staff are pleasant, but didn't ask how our stay was. Front desk staff advised that we can't request an early checkout until early in the morning of departure. We went to do this, but the staff don't start early.
Unit had been renovated, but was poorly maintained and very unclean. Mould in fridge & shower. Mattress base looked horrible. Bedside tables were very dusty.
Requested a room with a bath (for toddler) and high floor at time of booking. Front desk staff advised they don't read these requests. We had this same request in 2021 for our stay and it was read and fulfilled.
