My room was dirty. As in not cleaned properly. I politely let management know and was thanked for my feedback so they could fix it in the future. Then did NOT address me at all again my whole stay
I’m talking dirty sock on the couch sand absolutely everywhere and a corn cob on the deck. Makeup on the sink in the bathroom. Jeeez

The location was great.
For the amount of money ($560 per night) I expected more. Understandably at the time of year it is more expensive but for this price the property should be a lot nicer. The whole complex needs an upgrade. The unit was outdated and the furniture was old and tired. The floors weren't cleaned properly. I have stayed in Noosa for less per night at much nicer places.

Just the location was great.
Arrogant staff, the pool was full of human hair! Room not clean. There was a blood on the blanket, dirty thongs in the master room. Moulded washing machine, filthy sandwich press, filthy pots and pans!

The apartment was dirty. I had to vacuum as soon as we got there. Spoons plates etc were all dirty.

No view from lounge room. Partial ocean view from balcony obstructed by tree. Only 1 dishwasher and 1 dishwashing sachet provided for 5 night stay. Complex too far from pedestrian crossing when wrangling toddlers.

Location, across the road from beach, short walk to a range of eateries and food options. There are heaps of extra activities available onsite, the room had board games and reading materials. Beds were comfortable and apartment was nicely furnished. Secure parking.
This is an older building, apartment 28 needs some maintenance and a deep clean, particularly in the bathrooms. I felt the unit was over priced for the way the unit presented but our stay was during high holiday season.

Had an exceptionally helpful Irish staff member at check in who took the time to show me two choices of rooms that were available. Large comfortable apartment which is s bit old school, but had quality fittings which are standing the test of time. Great position for cafes restaurants.

Needs an update and pillows need to be changed overall it is an old property on the ocean and needs money spent on it.

Location is great walking distance to shops, cafes, beaches and supermarket. The pool is wonderful.
Our room was spacious for 6 adults and the views incredible.
The cleanliness of the hotel was a little poor in areas and the place is in need of some tlc. The games room was in need of new equipment. Overall just a bit of tlc would be a great benefit to the hotel!

Location and size was amazing for the price. Fantastic view of Coolum beach. Great customer service. Staff were always friendly and very helpful.
