Wszystko! Piękne, olbrzymie pokoje. Pyszne i różnorodne śniadania, piękny basen, personel top ! Lokalizacja w sercu miasta. Bardzo dobre jedzenie w hotelowej restauracji (możliwość wykupienia obiadokolacji w formie bufetu w super cenie) Polecam skorzystać z usług biura turystycznego które znajduje się w hotelu - wspaniałe wycieczki, transfer z lotniska.

De ambiance van het hotel. Personeel is zeer behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Het ontbijt is heerlijk, voor iedere wat wils. Roomservice is top! Zwembad en de tuin heel mooi. De Spa is fantastisch! Al met al is dit hotel echt top!

El patio restaurant serveert rauwe kip waardoor we beide goed ziek waren. Heel vervelend. Officiële klacht ingediend waarop wel adequaat werd gereageerd.

The staff is friendly and helpful. Nice swimming pool and the food at the restaurant El Patio is really good. The location is right in city and close to Malioboro street.

Pillows could be better

Het ontbijtbuffet is heel compleet met heel veel keuze. Voor ieder wat wils dus. Omdat wij een rookvrije kamer wilden en onze eerste kamer naar rook rook, hebben wij gratis een upgrade naar een grotere kamer gekregen die niet naar rook rook. Heel fijn opgelost! Het resort heeft een prettige sfeer, locatie tov het centrum is ook goed.

Wij verbleven hier tijdens het weekend en er hebben twee avonden achter elkaar besloten feesten in de binnentuin plaatsgevonden. Dit werd wel aangekondigd, maar pas de dag zelf en vrij laat. Tijdens de feesten werd er ook erg vals gezongen door de feestgangers, het volume stond hard, dus dit was ook goed te horen in de hotelkamers. Ze hielden op tijd (21 uur) op, maar het heeft ons verblijf van een 10 teruggebracht naar een 9.

El hotel es muy antiguo y se nota en las instalaciones, en las habitaciones las televisiones son muy antiguas. Las duchas también dejan un poco que desear. Pedimos comida en la zona de piscina y tardaron casi 1h en traer un sandwich y unos nachos, ambos estaban frios y dejaban que desear

Staffs are friendly.

Bath room, bathtub plug was bad. Every corners in the bathroom are spoiled or dirty .

Location, friendly staff, super breakfast, helpful mr Nanang, Ellen's smile, which brightened up each day of my stay.

Bathtowels and pillowcases were worn out.

Everything was as expected. Central location, walking distance from the main street, attractions, eateries or railway station. Good breakfast, restaurant and pool-view bar onsite.

Check-in was surprisingly slow. People were waiting in the queue.

"The Level" didn't really add much value for the extra cost

Good variety for breakfast, pool and grounds were clean. Spa treatment was good. Accommodated our request for connecting rooms as a complementary upgrade and boxed breakfast as we had an early flight.

Lobby and public area furniture seems run down and not very clean.

Swimming pool is nice and staff are very friendly and helpful

The swimming pool itself is nice but there were not enough beds or seating around it on both of the days we were there. The room looked a bit grubby because the curtains were old and had turned yellow. This was the same for the corridors. The western food at the restaurant was not good.

Breakfast was good, lots of choices, different varieties though coffee quality can be improved. The room is spacious and quite clean.

The bathroom can be upgraded: water comes out weak from the shower and drainage in the bathtub and sink was not so good.
