The location was just perfect, it just a step away from malioboro and from where an event held every weekend. The room was spacious and comfy enough to bring your kids stay with you.

The sliding door for the restroom sometimes didn't work and a bit heavy. The staff was unhelpful. Basically the only hosted you and then all by yourself. Even when I asked for an amenities that they hadn't provided because I did very late check in.

Location wise walking diatance to malioboro. Food wise not much as far from restaurant. Its located in the middle of tourist area. Nearby restaurant only in mall. There are good restaurants but need research and a bit far away

We requested a birthday cake, and we were pleasantly surprised with the hotel arrangement. The team was very helpful in full filling our request, and the rooms were decorated nicely with balloons and birthday wishes. Our friends were so touched! The hotel room was very spacious, the best bed super comfortable mattress. The breakfast buffet comes with many choices of local and international choices. Location wise is perfect very near to shopping street.

The toilet basin is too big, with no space to put toiletries when you have 2 persons sharing the room.

Everything excellent! Location, staff, pool, breakfast buffet, rooftop restaurant , bar, room size perfect , clean bathrooms … I can’t think of a nicer stay in Central Java, and I’ve been to this area on 5 trips! Kudos to the friendly staff!

Location - it’s right on Malioboro Road. we took the train from the airport and walked to the hotel from the station. And we had 2 kids with one large suitcase amongst other smaller bag. Very doable. Rooms were nice and we got joining rooms since we had 2 of our kids with us.

The poolside facilities was showing its age. Walls were flaking and needed more love. On site F&B was very limited with the big coffee house only open for breakfast.

Location is very convenient, both as a starting point for trips outside the city and just to walk around the Malioboro area, rooms are spacious, well designed and kept spotless, rooftop pool was big and clean, with a very nice adjoined bar with extremely polite and accommodating staff, same as everywhere in the hotel; breakfast was plentiful, with all kinds of food. All in all, a it was a perfect stay.

Comfy bed, good shower, big room. They were kind enough to prepare a takeaway breakfast for our early departure.

Please provide water refilling stations and shampoo/soap dispensers to reduce waste. A shaded area near the pool would be a really good addition.
