The young staff at reception spoke very good English and were really helpful. I was able to book a car in minutes to see the temples. The hotel is located in a quiet area, but close to many restaurants and bars. I also had an excellent massage in the Spa on the 5th floor. Again, just ask at reception for details.

I originally had a room facing a slightly noisy side road, but was allowed to change to a room overlooking the pool with no extra charge.

Great location in an artsy neighborhood. Great WiFi and breakfast, specially the local Indonesian items in the breakfast, includes herbal juices that's not easily available at other places.

Good location to explore around Prawirotaman and Tirtodipuran. It's also not too far from Keraton and Malioboro area with a good access to Parangtritis. Staff were friendly and helpful, though some looked confused.

Maybe because it's during peak season so the rate was high and not comparable to the facilities that they offered. The room is pretty basic and not spacious enough for two people. As my room was located in the first floor and near the lobby, it's not the quietest place to rest. Dining room was rather small compared, so it wasn't easy to find a space during breakfast time.

Room was comfortable. It was also thoroughly cleaned everyday. Breakfast spread was good.

Distance from shopping centres and tourist attractions . Good English-speaking but stiff Front Desk staff members who confined roles to matters related to room allocation. (F&B team was cheerful . Housekeeping team was helpful).

Room is spacious and comfortable. Great swimming pool. Great breakfast serving local food and drink (Jamu).
