Heel fijne hotelkamer, fijne douche! En dicht bij marlioboro street. Fijne bedden.
Personeel zeer vriendelijk, flexibel met bewaren van koffers voor check in en na check out.
Werd heeeel hoog gesproken over ontbijt en keuze daarin, wij vonden dit tegenvallen. Nog steeds wel meer dan het gemiddelde hotel. Maar niet overeenkomend met de super goede recensies hierover.

Het ontbijt is fabuleus. Van sushi, tot pannenkoeken, Aziatisch: het is er allemaal. Verder waren we erg te spreken over het matras. Het zwembadje en de lounge op het dakterras zijn ook een fijne toevoeging. Kortom: een aanrader dus.

The location is very convenience, near to Malioboro and train station. The room is clean and comfy. Lots of good food variety at breakfast. Staffs are friendly too.

Perfect location to stay. Great breakfast.
Every night at 4,30 you can hear very loudy the prayers from the near mosque. This may be a problem for some or not, it depends.

The hotel is very central walking distance from the station on a side street of Malioboro. At nights it was very busy and bustling but after midnight it got quiet.
Staff was very friendly.
The room was smelling bad, I couldn't open the window to get fresh air. The towels and bed sheet had stains on them, the walls were dirty and the tiles of the shower were old and moldy.
The airconditioning made a horrible sound like a piece of fabric is flapping from the wind.
The worst part was the smell in the corridors and lift. It had an intense chemical smell. The corridor smelled like detergent and the lift had a bad chemical room freshener smell.
Moreover the rooftop bar was mostly abandoned and you couldn't order anything there if you were lucky maybe someone from the staff would pass by. The tables were dirty and the ashtrays not cleaned.
Overall a disappointing stay.

Aircon drips on floor and wasn’t informed. Middle of night i came close to breaking my
back slipping on huge quantity of water. No joking when i say about 2-3 litres will drip on floor over an nighttime. Simple fix with towel on floor but then you track water through room.
Still….would return there again.

Shower makes a mess everywhere and it wasn't super super clean. Room felt a little dark and a bit small.

Very helpful staff, especially Revita and her female colleague who helped us book taxis locally and for our trip to Borobudur.
Clean comfortable rooms, nice rooftop area with good coffee ( unlike breakfast coffee), it would have been nice to order a beer at sundown though, but hotel is dry.
Good choice if food at breakfast.
Well located if you want to shop!
Guests very loud sitting in hallway chatting whilst kids played up and down the corridors at 6.30am outside your room..

The reception area was really nice. The breakfast was amazing which a wide variety of different kind of foods. The staff was really friendly and helpful. They have a restaurant with good food. Sadly the staff took very long to get our order and we waited extremely long for the food to arrive. They have a pool on the 6th floor with a nice seating area. However, the pool only has a depth of 1 meter which is not very deep.
The rooms were kind of old and not very welcoming. The bedding and towels had some stains. We do believe that they were cleaned but the stains could not be removed. I would suggest changing the bedding and the towels because as a guest you directly feel not very good sleeping in a bed with stains.

Everything about this hotel is excellent. From the staff to the location to the decorations of the building, it's just perfect. Plus, it's just a 5 minute walk to the Malioboro Mall and yet it's secluded enough to not be noisy. There are local restaurants outside which is very cheap. Also the breakfast buffet is amazing. The female staff helped took pictures of me in the lobby because I was traveling alone and didn't have help. I also borrowed umbrella from them during my Borobodur tour because it was hot. And the rooftop swimming pool is a must to try after your city exploration. I highly recommend this hotel.
No mini-fridge in my room and it was an open closet.

Location is great, a short walk from the action on Malioboro St and flanked by local shops and cafes. Good laundry service just opposite. Easy access for taxis and Grab. Breakfast was great. Also the rooftop pool, though it closes at 6, and is only 1 meter deep. We enjoyed having a hot shower!

The room was decent sized, with street view, AC, TV, large vault,decent sized bathroom.
I got daily water and juices, plus a welcome fruit plate.
The location is 2mins away from the heart of Malioboro, in a secure area (as a solo traveler, at worst I just got annoyed by the taxi drivers trying to offer riders).
Plenty of shops (minimarkets/food/clothing) and ATM in the very close proximity, plus there are 2 malls 5mins away.
Take the breakfast option, it is amazing, and rich in local food cooked perfectly, your belly will be full for the entire day.
The rooms could be cleaned better and updated.
The wifi could be better.

The food served at the restaurant was really good. You can also arrange a car / driver to go to Borobudur and other temples from there!
