În apartamentul 110 de la parter este instalat aer condiționat doar în living nu și în dormitor astfel încât nopțile de mijloc de august au fost un coșmar.
De asemenea, dacă stăteai pe balcon seara, erai chiar deasupra meselor de pe terasa laterală a restaurantului!
Nu au suficiente șezlonguri și umbrele pentru un complex atât de mare iar unele din șezlonguri erau deteriorate
Micul dejun a fost sărăcăcios, același în fiecare dimineață, cu produse care, dacă se terminau până în ora 10, nu mai erau aduse altele…
Pentru un expresso de calitate trebuia să plătești la bar.

Convenient location to explore Arbanassi by foot and Veliko Tarnovo by short car drive. Spacious, comfortable, clean apartment. Balcony with incredible views over Veliko Tarnovo and beyond. Large, comfortable bathroom. Strong shower. Strong air-conditioning. Refreshing pool. Responsive reception staff. Free parking adjacent to hotel.
Dated furniture/decor. Poor breakfast, incl. no black tea! Too loud restaurant/pool-side music, playing on loop.

The place was lovely. I couldn't get in the pool or eat outside on account of the weather but I can absolutely see how those things would be amazing. The staff was nice, everything was prepared. I loved it and would return.
A whole lot of the staff was missing when I was visiting but I am willing to excuse it on account of the time of year. Breakfast was unimaginative but otherwise totally okay.

Vynikající a bohatá snídaně!!! Krásný výhled na Veliko Tarnovo. Hotel připomíná rakouská horská střediska. Lokalita Arbanasi si rovněž zaslouží vyzdvihnout, neboť se v docházkové vzdálenosti nachází krásné památky. Dostatek parkovacích míst.
Na hotelu bylo nedostatečné SPA otevřené v krátkém časovém úseku (pouze do 18:30) s tím, že toto nebylo vybaveno ručníky a prostěradly, ani skříňkami apod. Nedalo se tedy prakticky použít. Možností, jak se ochladit, byly jen dvě sprchy, přičemž jedna byla rozbitá. V hotelu bylo hlučno ve večerních hodinách. Téměř žádná zvuková izolace na pokojích. Hotelem zní v určitých časech hudba, která je slyšet i na pokojích, ačkoli o to nestojíte. Klimatizace prakticky nefungovala, stejně tak jako TV, která byla rozladěna. Pokoj byl vlhký a tmavý s nedostatkem světla. Manželská postel měla dvě matrace, které se neustále rozjížděly. Lampička se nacházela pouze na jedné straně postele, přičemž ještě ke všemu nefungovala. Nezabezpečená wifi.

The panorama view is marvelous.
The restaurant serve only salads, grilled meet and fast cooking foods.
There are no slow cooked Bulgarian food like a few years ago.

Excelent view over the city of Veliko, excellent location in the village of Arbanasi, excelent air quality - many sparrows
We had a roof room - with a starange balcony, you could not blackout over night, musquitos, pool is really small
Food is modest - just 1 type of soop, no vegetable dish other than salads
We have been put up in the 'new wing' - a little walk away from the restaurant

Next to our room was the loundry room and it was a little bit lound.
When we entered the rooms there was a not very pleasant smell.
The music playlist was made from 5-10 songs which were restorant or elevator type songs and they were on repeat all day.

The location and property is big, you have space to move and nice landscape for picture
It could improve the breakfast food, to be more varied and vegetarian/vegan friendly. The pool is small for all the people there if the property is fully booked. If a second pool will be available and separate from children ones will great for those who want to enjoy a peaceful swim.

I can only recomend the hotel. Everything was perfect.
There was nothing to dislike. My be there can be a water dispencer in the spa area.

Nice location with an excellent view. It was good that they had parking.
The lobby bar was opened and we could eat there every day in the evening.
The mattresses were uncomfortable and also the pillows which were very hard.
In the bathroom was a permanent bad smell.

Room was super spacious. Spotless clean. Bed was awesome. Breakfast abundant. The view is the best. Staff was extra helpful and kind.
Room was cold. It had air contitioner though, but it doesn't give the best impression when, after quite a journey, you get into a cold room. Just because of this I scored it 9, otherwise it would be 10.
