The pools, the location, the ocean view. All of these were great.

We absolutely loved this place! We stayed 12 nights over Christmas and New years and it was exceptional ! We had an apartment with pool and ocean view, unbelievable beautiful! The facilities and rooms are exactly as described, the location too is a massive bonus. The cleaning staff was amazing and went beyond expectations to help, thank you so much moonlight bay suites, we will definitely be back!

The aircon could have been a bit more powerful, it however did the job - the weather was extremely humid and hot.

This is the 3rd time I stay in this resort. I love it always. The people working here are fabulous. The resort is well kept and clean.

I didn't like that my bedroom was next to the aircons and it was noisy and hot next to it. I wish they would let us know and give it a discount since this room is not comfortable like the rest. Another thing I wish they would change are the colours, the rooms are orange and green. I wish they would chose natural colours like beige and white or maybe turqueise like the ocean to make it more modern since it has a bit 70's vibe otherwise ... I wish it would look and feel more fresh. There was not daily service, so we needed to ask for coffee and sugar every day. I wish they would leave the amount of coffee and milk for the 5 days that we meant to stay beforehand so we dont botter to ask everyday. Same with the towels and the bed sheets. At least would be nice if they change the sheets every 3 days or give us daily towels since it is difficult to dry them with the humid weather.

the view was amazing! comfortable and spacious accommodation with clothes washing and drying within our apartment was a massive plus.

checking in we were warned about the high youth crime rates, which made us uneasy about our trailer with motorbike safety. We then went to the local hardware and purchase a lot more security for the trailer. We didn’t have any issues but glad we only stayed 1 night due to this.

good location, large suite. bed very comfortable. nice pool

ants in the kitchen, no proper door between bed and bathrooms. no door to separate toilet from bathroom. shower curtain instead of door. Couch uncomfortable.
