Good location, close to city and Optus stadium. Staff were friendly. Had everything we needed for our stay.

Hotel is a bit dated. Some things weren’t cleaned properly. Major warning to others is the $200 holding bond that was announced upon arrival, this was not mentioned at time of booking.

We were given an upgrade after the previous visit, as a few complaints had been made. We did have one issue (only one chair on balcony) but this was resolved quickly. Overall we enjoyed our stay with complimentary wine.

A walk in shower is preferable to a shower over a bath. Lighting could be brighter.

Room had everything we needed including washer and dryer. Having a functioning kitchen was great with the kids. Reception was really friendly and helpful by allowing us to check in early, book a cab to the airport to leave and just in general,

The bathrooms we adequate but are definitely due a refresh, they were quite water stained and tired looking. There was no soap in the dispenser in the ensuite shower. The rooms are hallways had a musty smell which I think is due to a lack of ventilation.

Day one was fine, but the second day, my friend and I got accused of been disrespectful and so they revoked our access at 11pm that night which saw us not been able to get accommodation else where. The night manager couldn't give a specific time and what was the incident that occured but refused us entrance to.collect our bags tho we paid for a night. The night manager didn't do his duty of care in this case and could have been handled with duty of care in mind considering the time and with no phone call after the incident occurred which would of given us time to collect rebook somewhere else.

The beds were extremely comfortable and the apartment was perfect for 2 adults and 2 kids.

The pool was old and the water looked less than clean so we were a little disappointed as the kids really chose this hotel for the pool

I would say trying to check in was horrible , so many people waiting in line and not very organised , also waiting for the lift as one was out of order was very annoying , no parking either

The receptionist staff were very friendly.

While the location and staff were absolutely great, unfortunately they are the only 2 good things about our 2 night stay in the 2 bedroom apartment. Walking to our room there was an incredibly bad/strange smell and it was just as bad in our room. The room looked absolutely nothing like the pictures online, stains on the furniture, all very dated there was black hand and smudge marks all over the walls throughout the apartment looked like they hadn't been wiped down in months! The bathroom is dated and the design of the shower made it so hard to move around. The room advertised a large double bed when it was actually 2 single beds put together and held by a sheet, 1 bed was hard as a rock though the other room had a more comfier one. One aircon unit in the rooms didn't work correctly. The parking was also really terrible, parks were so tight we had to get most people and belongings out of the car before entering the parking space as you would not be able to open your doors once in the space. Was very disappointed in the stay as it looked immaculate on the site photos, we felt so uncomfortable we ended up not staying the second night and travelled all the way home instead.

Great location in the centre of different attractions. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The cleanliness and presentation could be improved - the bathtub had lots of dust, the coffee table had splotches of sticky marks, and the room didn’t smell very fresh.

The pool had alot of stuff floating in it, and the sides/edges need some work !! ( good air conditioning in the rooms) No foxtel, even though the channels were there, and couldn’t mirror ftom my phone, as the tv was too old

I liked the size of the apartment for a family

Wasnt impressed with The location, all the homeless around outside the hotel and the delinquents staying at the hotel. The hotel reception was not clean. The floors were covered in scuff marks, the elevator was filthy, the 6th floor smelt like curry was being cooked, the apartment was not clean, floors weren't vacuumed, shower was full of mould, lounges were covered in stains, there was a microfibre cloth left in the double bed. I stayed 6 nights, I left the tag out twice for the room to be cleaned and it was never serviced the whole time we were there.

The location was good. Easy to find rooms

I booked 2 x 2 bedroom apartments for the 8 of my friends and I. The booking only went through as 1 x 2 bedroom apartment. Took us 30 minutes to check in and all of our friends had to be separated into 1 x 2 bedroom apartment and 2 x single bedroom apartments. One of the single bedroom apartments had no towels and there were stains on the bed. We had to pay $85 to get both our cars out of parking after the hotel had allocated all their carparks already on Friday night. $210 for parking over 2 nights. Hotel took no responsibility and kept saying "it says on our website parking is limited" - a parking card would have been nice. The pool was disgusting and mouldy and no pool towels were provided. Probably wouldn't stay here again nor recommend to friends.

The staff from Dan the maintenance man and front desk staff are all exceptionally good people in a very trying environment

Condition of the property, things not working and broken, dirty and damaged walls, very rundown overall. No overhead lights in the bedroom,

Location was good. And beds were comfy

Booked a room for 3, Were only supplied 3 towels. The hallway smelt like mold. Staff weren’t always friendly. Very high price for everything. Paid $110 for parking for 3 days, most the time we couldn’t even get parking

It’s a great location

We didn’t get any sleep due to too many guests put in adjacent rooms when the hotel wasn’t busy and they were in and out ALL night slamming their doors and yelling out to each other. Probably would have got more sleep camping in the park. While our previous stay was okay, this time there were many essentials missing in the room which we had to ask for. Sorry not a good experience

I booked an apartment arrived then was given 2 adjoining rooms, when I said I booked an apartment I was told I'd booked 1 room but if that's the case Y give me 2 rooms, then I was told I only had 2 rooms for 1 night then I would move to a 1 bed apartment, liars'

We stayed in a 3 bedroom family room. It was very large and plenty of room was a bit dated but was clean and comfortable.

Would be nice to see the restaurant working again.
