Great Location good size room. Good breakfast.

The room was old and needed an update. The carpet on the floor had holes in it. The shower holder kept falling to the bottom level it needs repair work.

Location. Quiet. Friendly service. Lovely breakfast in the downstairs cafe. Daughter loved the pool.

All ok. Didn’t like it was a cashless venue.

It was advertised as having a pull out couch Which it did not And I was relying on the bed space. Room service didn’t answer the entire breakfast period.

TBH, a better hairdryer would be appreciated and a full length mirror is a must in any hotel room.

Great location in the middle of Brisbane's Southbank.

The property is in need of repair and refreshing. We had two sleepless nights with very loud plumbing type noise emanating from the wall of the bedroom that would last for approximately 20-30 mins each time, I assume, the neighbouring toilet was used. We asked to be moved however were assured they knew the issue and it wouldn't happen again. It did the following night. We were told the manager would follow up with us however have not heard a word. Secondary and really not a big issues were one television was defective and the fridge was freezing all items. Other annoyances include staff coming into the apartment late in the afternoon without knocking and a false fire alarm. It was a terrible stay and I will not recommend this property to anyone - noting this is the first time I have left a negative review. We had two nights of little sleep ahead of an 11 hour drive - so bad and no follow up makes it worse.

Beds were not very comfortable but we requested single beds so that's probably on us!

The location was excellent. The room was big. The spa was big and the reception staff were professional and polite.

It was a little dirty. The showers by the pool were very clean. The spa wasn't very clean either. There was mould on the bathroom ceiling.

very dated rooms with minimal amenities. bad service including a housekeeper in my bathroom at 9.30am when I returned from a business breakfast. I allowed 30 minutes to shower / change before checkout & my onwards travel & I had to forfeit that for their unprofessionalism. very annoying
