Secure building with garage if needed , walking to south bank eateries
Cafe below called Ripe was a positive when you leave the apartment .
Dark apartment, broken railings for towels, shame to not open up and air the place as it smelt stale, corridor stank ? Bins or animals. Carpets are visibly dirty.
2 bedrooms to sleep 4 and a sofa to seat 2.

Location was handy to the Convention Centre but on a noisy street so we didn't utilise the balcony much.
The unit was very clean and the two bedrooms/ensuites were a great idea as we had some space.
We were unaware that Morgan Suites consisted of three buildings each with similar room numbers. Friends were in one of the other buildings when we thought we were all meeting in the foyer of our building.
Being situated on a very noisy street. Our reception was in a different building but only two doors away and only operated 9 am to 5 pm although you could ring for assistance if required.

Great value for the amenities, very clean and super comfortable bed. Loved the location once I got used to getting in and out of the city.
It was a little difficult to work out on arrival with the office being a few doors down from the actual address but easy once you are checked in.

The location is great. We could walk everywhere. At check in, we were given a much appreciated orientation, by wonderful staff, to the neighbourhood. The apartment was very comfortable and well set up. The air conditioner worked wonderfully too.
The apartment could have been cleaner. In the services binder that was in the apartment, it said our bedding and towels would be changed once during our stay. That didn’t happen and the binder appeared to be out of date.

Good location.
I returned to my room to a strong smell of sewage. It was a weekend so reception was closed. I called the emergency contact number and whoever answered said there was nothing she could do. Not ideal.

Rooms were spacious and reasonably modern. Was walking distance to ferries so we could see all Brisbane has to offer.
Bed was a little hard. There were 4 of us, but only seating for 3 in the lounge, so someone had to sit on a dining chair.
Pool was tiny and cold. Gym wasn’t really a gym, but just a cycle and treadmill. Very close to train line which woke us up every morning. Proved difficult to connect to Wifi, but was sorted quickly when we spoke to reception.

Apartement was very clean and well equipped. Facilities and pool was well maintained. A very good stay.
The lifts were often blocked or locked. I had to wait several minutes at multiple occasions to be able to use them. Wifi coverage was very weak from the apartment.

Super helpful and friendly reception staff (can't remember the ladies name but she was wonderful - thank you!). Comfortable beds, clean, spacious. Close to South Bank, City and all you could need. We went back the week later after our cruise and stayed another night before flying out (cancelled other accommodation option). We were in 16 and then 14.

Staff was very helpful. The apartment was very clean and in a very convenient location. I was worried about the traffic noise, but the windows were soundproof, and I had no problems with the noise. Beds were super comfy.

Good location. Easy to access property outside of normal check-in hours. Friendly staff member. Helpful to have on site carparking.
Property was filthy. Toothpaste froth along top of windowsill. Food caked onto coffee table and kitchen bench. Large amount of hair and other debris evident around floor, lounges, bed. Sliding door our onto balcony unable to be locked representing safety risk. Beds quite sunken and uncomfortable

Location perfect as my daughter just lives up same street on Merrivale. I also love that it’s located so close to restaurants, theatres. Love that it has cafe at bottom of complex.
I paid over $700 for 3 nights & I get told that I have to take my rubbish out & recycling. Otherwise a $100 attracts for cleaning???Couldn’t find where to recycle couple things & got locked out of waste disposal room, I panicked frantically. Luckily I looked where I could get out through roller door & had my keys on me. Not enough signage.

The location was somewhat convenient for Southbank, though the area itself felt a little rough, especially in the evening. The pincode for the key lock box was text through earlier that day and the instructions were clear and easy to follow.
Not the cleanest overall. The pillows were incredibly uncomfortable, no exhaust fan in the bathroom. The kitchen was very sparse and some of the cabinet doors and drawers felt like they were going to fall off at any moment. Could not get the wi-fi to work.

the central location is great, great accessible parking.
sadly we had a flooding showing due to a blocked drain, and a electrical fault with out light in bathroom, also could be a couple more utensils/cooking items for longer stays as we had to go buy a few things as can get costly eating out each night but hard to cook with minimal things.
