Good location,

A man who I didn’t know also got given my room key. Quickly sorted and I got a different room but left me feeling a bit unnerved. View was a concrete construction site next door - didn’t look like the view in the image when I booked.

excellent location

Ivy and Eve is an excellent place to stay in South Bank. It’s just a few minutes from QPac and there are plenty of cafes, restaurants and supermarkets close by. The room facilities are excellent with a well-equipped kitchen, complete bathroom/laundry, very comfortable lounge/dining area and separate bedroom. Our balcony also overlooked the river which was a nice bonus. Highly recommend for a short or long stay around Brisbane, West End or South Bank.

The bed was way too soft for my liking and I didn’t sleep well.

The location was good

It was not clean, it was small (a bedside table blocked the entry to the bathroom), beds were terribly uncomfortable and worn out

Location was great. Right near many nice restaurants and cafes. Clean apartment with simple furniture and styling, but comfortable and quiet.

No option to open any windows. So air conditioning the whole time. Too cold and stuffy. View of building site.

The staff were lovely and the location fabulous but it smelt so bad in the lifts and our floor was full of cigarette smoke.

The pizza oven had no helpful tools, the aircon did not work, the remote for the TV was broken, the pool was unavailable from Sunday and the lifts smelt like someone had deficated in them.

we stayed for 3 nights and ran out of milk for tea/coffee but other than that the kitchen supplies were excellent

A very nice place to stay, except we must have been supplied the Party Floor, because we did have to complain to management about the excessive noise ect coming from more than one room during our stay. (2x separate nights)

The car park pricing at $25 pre day is just a money grab, as each unit has car spaces allotted.

Central location. Close to most attractions. Room was spacious and very comfortable with a fully functioning kitchen, living area, separate bedroom and balcony area. Washer and dryer was an advantage. Value for money. Plus the staff were very friendly and accommodated early check-in and late checkouts. They also stored our luggage after checkout.

The location was great. The bones of the apartment were great - a modern two bedroom, two bathroom apartment.

The cleanliness of the apartment was extremely disappointing and I would not come back. The kitchen was clean and the bathroom was passable. However there were Dirty marks on one set sheets, blood marks on the walls, stains on the carpets and lounge. The apartment needed a deep clean and some TLC. The mattresses need replacing. Overall, a disappointing stay which could have been improved by spending some money to keep the place pleasant for guests. I told the staff, they provided me with fresh sheets as replacements for the dirty bed. The staff said the bosses were off over the weekend and there were no other apartment to transfer to. Poor customer service, I had no follow up calls about our experience.

Comfortable king bed and pillows with crisp white sheets. Spacious modern self contained apartment with every amenity you might want. Fantastic location close to the Brisbane Convention centre. Park and forget for a great Southbank weekend!

A little unclean

Perfect location for the Brisbane Cultural Centre. The outdoor swimming pool was a huge bonus which we loved. Welcome treats were unexpected. City view was fascinating.

Current building works in the area were a bit noisy.

Abbot too much outside/construction noise, but Zi understand that is out of your control.

Location was good. Close to museum and art gallery. Short walk to river. Staff extremely helpful.

Drain needed be be unclogged. Which was taking care of straight away. Apartment needed a freshen up (painting and some stains on carpet)

Close to the city and Suncorp Stadium

Very dirty apartment. Dirty blankets with snot and white fluid on them replaced with dirty very used donnas. Given a basic clean but definitely not a hygenie clean. Dirty dining chairs we couldn't use. Compllained to management on. Day one of 4 night stay and inspected by house keeping but not cleaned. Food and rubbish in and under couch. Dining table jammed into a corner and not able to be used due to couch holding dirty chairs under table. Dishwasher stank. Smell of vomit at front door of our apartment. Very noisy due to trains traffic and building construction across the road even though it is supposed to be sound proofed

Excellent location to Soutbank and CBD, everything within walkinng distance. Apartment was spacious and clean. We requested a room that received the afternoon sun and our request was met.

We requested a balcony that received the afternoon sun, and this was provided, yet there was no balcony furniture !!

Room is clean and comfortable. Location is great and close to public transport. Probably would not pay the full price as they don’t have breakfast option, but when the special rates are on, it is definitely worth it.
