Friendly welcome at front desk. Clean, spacious and comfortable room. Lovely amenities in the bathroom (don’t recall the brand).

I was in room 1105 which backed onto the car park. Very rowdy locals throughout the night which disturbed my sleep.

The facilities at crown are the BEST, including the pool, sauna and gym.

Staff check in and check out very slow. Restaurant staff very slow and unhelpful

Very nice and cozy room, facilities were great and staff were super friendly I felt I was at home. Everything was clean and notes left explained what to do with towels etc.

The bed was difficult to sleep on, very hard compared to what I am used to. The second night was as rough as well.

Great breakfast. Chef Owen was exceptionall by attending to our requests. Pool, sauna and gym good.

The room was hot and we were moved to another. Bathroom is small. Door opens against toilet. Cannot have 2 people in bathroom at same time. Shower recess needs to be deeper so water doesn't flow out everywhere. Room was spacious, some of this space could be used for a bigger bathroom! Didn't sleep well because pillows were horrible, To soft had to fold pillow in half to be comfortable. Wi-Fi is only good to basic browsing and e-mail. Forget trying to stream anything. Mobile phone service is non existent in room.

Location staff and facilities

Maintence in the rooms was a bit poor. Sagging doors on cupboards . Wardrobe doors dragging on ground and furniture a little ratty and stained

Staff were not helpful with an issue regarding a cancelled night. We had to cancel our first night, for reasons out of our control, as the road from Kings Canyon was closed due to flooding. Originally, we booked for 1 night (which was the one we cancelled), but ended up staying for 2 nights, which was a night more than we intended. So, we paid for 3 nights but only stayed for 2. Four weeks later, after numerous phone calls and emails, we are still waiting to be refunded for the first night which the hotel claim is due to Booking.com not allowing the refund.

The family room was spacious and comfortable for a family of four.

The Juicy Rump had pretty average food for the price and no ambience.

The food was great, the pool was stunning and the rooms were big. There was plenty of parking and the staff were really approachable and catered for all of our needs.

Everything was great! We were a little scared about the security of our car but it turns out it was a great and safe location to have it parked there.

Nice Pool, very quiet location. Hotel restaurants are reasonable with great menu options.

Just a bit misinformation on the length of the walk to Telegraph station, more than double the time to walk there, than was told...

The room was super modern, so clean and really well equipped. Really comfy bed, great aircon in the Alice Springs heat (coming from Melbourne!)

Comfortable room, swimming pool, good restaurants, away from the town centre.
