Restaurant was a bit hit and mis with service and food. Not flexible with order request. Charged $ to the room which was not mine, other persons complained the same thing. was overcharged $10 and reception had no signed documentation……

Lovely breakfast cafe with an outdoor eating area. we recieved a $22 credit pp per day for breakfast. good coffee and a varied menu. The rooftop bar was amazing with 360 views around the city. Free snacks provided, great cocktails and reasonably priced drinks. Great pool, good for lap swimming. Good sized balcony. Carparking on site and lots of spaces. Very friendly staff.

Bedrooms were a bit small, the shower leaked slightly from the bathroom into the main bedroom.

Clean, tidy and well run facility. The kitchen was very functional and well set out. Good parking and access to building. It is a good quality level and was very good generally. I would recommend. It was a roomy apartment with balcony.

The bedroom area is a partition rather than a room itself. The location is not near the centre of Darwin but we had a car and could travel. The area is not the nicest looking area of the city.

Great balcony- roomy and no hot air from airconditioner. Having washing machine in apartment was excellent. Room was clean and servicing staff very helpful. Good parking and property felt secure and safe. Walk in shower always good for older people!

Our suite was excellent and suited our needs very well.

I did not like the fact that for almost our whole stay, there was only one useable lift. Having only one lift available led to cramped, probably overloaded conditions.

All staff and management of the hotel went the extra distance in looking after us during the 3 day lock-down period, organizing meals and looking after the guests. Horizon Cafe served a very good multiple choice menu. and all the staff were excellent. The hotel has excellent views over the Fishermans Wharf and only a short walk to Darwin CBD.

Very comfortable bed (pillows less so) and great to have a washing machine and clothes horse in the room after a week in Kakadu. The room itself was spacious and the AC worked well. The staff at reception were very good and the rooftop bar is terrific. Pool towels can be collected from reception. Breakfast on level 3 was included in the room rate and was good - as was the coffee. The rooms overall are pretty standard hotel rooms - nothing special about them - but they do the job. Free parking is included.

For me, it was a good transitional hotel between Kakadu and Litchfield. If you don't have a hire car and plan to walk, then there are probably better locations to be on the esplanade might be easier. I had a hire car so it was fine for me. The rooms are a bit bland but functional.

The entire property needs a significant overhaul. It is "tired". The bones of the complex are fine but it's time for the owners to spend some serious money. The décor is dated. The double bed was horrible – too small and it sunk into the middle. The lounge area was cheaply furnished with an Ikea standard uncomfortable couch and a flimsy coffee table. The bathroom was uncomfortably tiny and of a very poor standard. The TV was cheap and tiny. The roof top bar had a nice view and the staff were pleasant but it too is very dated. Whilst it has water views it is located near the untidy commercial wharves with boat repairs happening all day. I assumed the Ramada name would ensure a reasonable standard but that was not the case. There is superior accommodation nearby at the waterfront precinct and in the City itself. Strangely, there are a lot of glowing reviews on-line which misled us into booking there. Ignore them. I imagine they are reviews by "friendly associates" or by people with fairly low expectations. Having travelled extensively and stayed in many places in many cities I believe my review is fair and balanced. We knew it wasn't 5 star but we expected much better.

The location and how spacious the room was, the friendly staff and access to the courtesy bus to attend local events. The roof top bar was exceptional. We had a wonderful stay.

No dishwashing liquid, washing powder or dishwasher powder under the sink. Never before have I encountered this. Aircon remote not setting properly.

Great location the rooftop bar and staff were awesome. Vey friendly helpful night manager greeted us upon very late checkin and the owner who shouted us a free drink up at the bar because of a blackout which wasn’t their fault and wasn’t out for long, but really appreciated it. We would definitely stay there again. Great location.

Fabulous, helpful and friendly staff all around. Breakfast was very good and staff were wonderful. I have stayed here since it opened and will continue to do so. 😀

Staff were lovely and very helpful. Breakfast, included in price, was very good. Options were available for people leaving on early trips. Roof top bar, free nibbles and sea scenic views were spectacular.

Breakfast was fabulous, Also staff on duty for breakfast were helpful and friendly. We found the reception staff also friendly especially the night manager who let us in when we arrived at 12.15am. Extremely friendly and helpful. thank you

Actually I don't think there was anything we didn't like. We thought at first when we got out of the lift the apartment looked a little dated, but once in our room we were very happy to find it was clean and comfortable.

Handy location to Darwin CBD and the wharf area. The rooftop bar is a great bonus and a spot worthy of your attention each night (don't be fooled by the term 'canapés' ... if you're peckish the spread of food will fill you up!). Lots of e-scooters just outside the hotel too. Getting the keys after reception had closed was no issue at all (and the free choice of drink when checking in - a beer if you wanted - was appreciated late at night!). Didn't use the washing machine but the unit had the lot for a longer stay.

My room layout was a tad odd ... the bedroom was a bit pokey but the lounge area was huge.
