the location is good, very close to central station. The room is sufficiently spacious and relatively quite.

Finding the hotel and how to enter was a challenge. There is a bar attached to the hotel, where you can ask the key of the room. In practice, there's no service/staff. The pictures you find on booking are way better than reality. The room was extremely simple and the window was blocked by a metal panel so that in practice one couldn't look outside.

The location was ideal for our travelling purposes and wasn’t too expensive. The beds were also quite comfortable.

The milk was left out of a fridge. The shower head leaked. The silicone in the shower wasn’t doing what it needed to do as when you showered, the bathroom floor was drenched. Not very good lighting in the bathroom. Unclear on where we were meant to go to check in and had to go through the main bar with luggage.

I got breakfast at central station

A larger TV would suit that room 4 more. But it worked ok. WiFi dropped out upstairs during zoom meeting. Trams rattling past but overall the trans were bearable. And I’d be happy to book there again.

The rooms were spacious

There was no heating at all. Given that its winter, its quite disappointing that they dont even have working heaters. The remotes didn’t even work sadly.

Great sized rooms, it is an old hotel built in 1870 but it was clean although a little mould in the bathroom, probably due to age. The staff were lovely and helpful...the food in the bistro was good and reasonably priced. Great location with easy access to Central Stn and Country buses.

There was a little mould in the bathrooms but probably dur to age. Due to the late closing of the hotel, the music could be heard from thr room on the 1st floor.

Comfortable room with private ensuite right next to Central station and the light rail. Lovely bistro dinner too.

The room did allow light in from outside even with the curtains closed.

Great location and value for money. Beds were comfortable and staff very helpful.

The carpets could've done with a bit more cleaning. Windows to able to be open meant no fresh air into the room.

Upon checkout staff were pretty rude. It was pretty much give us your room key & get out. I had actually planned to leave my suitcase there because I was travelling later on in the day. After the attitude we got I didn't bother. I would've bought food & drinks at the hotel but I ate elsewhere instead. I am a regular guest at this hotel & choose to stay here because of the convenience of location. I might think twice before booking here again.

Checkout time is incorrect We hear everything of other rooms, and corridors. We hear the light rail passing by it vibrates the whole room
